I ordered a point to point bridge for over $400. The company never delivered. I was emailed that the product had shipped but must have been lost in transit. Tried to get ahold of them by phone.... no response. No return call. Still haven't received my shipment. I wish I had discovered these other review before I ordered.

I agree with all negative reviews. Electroeshop is a scam. They said an item as in stock, then sent me multiple messages stating that they were confused as to what the exact description of the item was that I ordered. Then they sent me an e-mail stating that the description of the item ($114.00) it was not in stock when I reconfirmed the item description.. Then they claimed to process a refund for me... and that they issued a refund to my credit card. I just found out that they did charge my credit card even after they told me the item was out of stock. The whole scam of Electoreshop is to send you confusing messages to misdirect you to not quite understand what they are doing until you find the charge on your credit card statement.
I always make it a point NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING USING PAYPAL, because I was scammed once before from a vendor using PayPal. I think Pay Pal is a fraud system that harbors these kinds of fraud companies. The irony is that I was scammed again even though I talked to someone at Electroeshop to order the item directly using my own credit card. DON’T BUY FROM ANY COMPANY USING PAYPAL... ELEROESHOP IS A FRAUD COMANY.

Fraudulent company.
Charged me and never sent my order. Have tried to contact them with all information I could find and never received a response. The address listed is a home address and phone says messages are full. Do not order from this site.

This company is engaged in every type of scam. I ordered an item worth $687 on July 24, 2021. I emailed this company several times to request shipping information, first they ignored me, then they said they had to contact their shipping department, several days later I get an email with a tracking number but upon contacting FedEx I was made aware that the address is completely wrong. ElectroEshop replies to my emails by saying that they indeed did ship it to the correct address and even providing the correct address in emails but this is demonstrably false because FedEx will not corroborate the information but instead confirms it’s a completely different address with the only commonality being the zip code.

I reported this company to United States Postal Office Department of Investigations and the FBI and I would suggest anyone scammed to do the same thing. Also if you’ve been scammed contact your bank and cite this review page as evidence while filing a dispute.

In one email they claimed the payment was processed through PayPal, it was not processed through PayPal even though it was supposed to be and I have their email address documented sending me an email saying that this was the case.

In another email they claimed to have shipped through UPS when this was not the case they shipped something through FedEx to the wrong address but they did not ship through UPS.

Their inventory numbers are completely made up and upon “buying my product” The inventory went down from 3 to 2 but two days later it went back up to 3.

They are using a common scam found with eBay sellers where they send a package somewhere in your ZIP Code or vicinity but not to your actual address so when you reported the package was not delivered they can show that it was delivered even though they know it was not delivered to the appropriate address, they keep your money, you can’t do anything about it and the package gets returned to them.

THEY CHARGED ME TWICE for an item that they did not have in stock!!

What a scam! They charged me $49.36 TWICE after emailing me to tell me that the item is out of stock and only refunded me for ONE of the charges!!

Buyer beware -- I keep calling and emailing them about the second charge but they have not responded!! It is all a show!

Placed an order on 12/13 for an item that said there were 3 in stock. After 4 days I requested status and tracking info, no response to emails. Called the customer service line, very noisy call center hard to hear them. They said my order had shipped but could not provide me a tracking number that the shipping company had to do it. Several more emails requesting shipping info not responded to. On 12/23 I get an email saying my item is back-ordered and they are canceling my order and will refund me. Don't advertise you have something in stock if you don't have it. Hopefully, I do get the refund and don't have to fight for it as others have.

All the bad feedback is correct. I cannot get a service rep on phone. No tracking number. No response. Will need to dispute with my credit card company as a fraud. I do not expect to ever get the product I ordered and I wish I had read the reviews before placing this order. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Guess you can't give them zero stars. Should rate them negative. I ordered 3 KVM switches. They created a label to buy them from the manufacturer. I emailed them I knew Syba Electronics did not have them. I had just ordered the same item from an Amazon seller who canceled before the charge got out of my MasterCard pending. I spoke to the account executive at Syba. I knew this was a discontinued item. I was told they sold the last of their renaming stock. I wrote to Electroeshop & they claimed they had them in their warehouse & to wait for FedEx to update the tracking. I wrote to them I knew this would require a new label & tracking. Then they claimed they shipped them USPS the same day they created the FedEx label. That's when I filed a dispute. They got my credit pulled when they told MasterCard I not only received them, I signed for them. I had to fax MasterCard a signed document to get my credit back & continue the dispute. Electroeshop emailed me the post office had lost them & begged me to drop the dispute & they would promptly refund me. Then they emailed me that PayPal would refund me & now it was FedEx that lost the packages. MasterCard tried to contact them again & never heard back, so after nearly 2 months I finally won the dispute. They could have done like the honest Amazon seller did & just cancel, but they caused me all that frustration. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING SCAMMERS!

TERRIBLE service! I wish I would have read reviews before making a purchase. Terrible return policy and terrible phone manners. Can't leave messages because voicemail full. Don't buy from them!
Update: August 25 and after battling for weeks with this unethical company I was finally refunded. Amazon has been helpful however, now Electroeshop is refusing to refund the shipping cost like they promised! These Indian companies who purport to be out of Texas, are really a fraudulent front for unethical on line business practices. This purchase was for a $400 boat item. If you deal with this company and it sounds like a man with a Indian accent but his first name is David, or John, or Bob with NO LAST NAME then run!!! Its a scam! But fortunately, I filed a "A to Z" complaint with Amazon and they got things moving for my refund. Seems Electroeshop was scared of them. Terrible company.

Awful business and awful service.
I order a product from them but never recieved a tracking number when I emailed them they said they would send it again. I never ONCE got any tracking number nor did I ever received my product will never use this company. Total waste and total scam.

Order a Camera 4k Camcorder... never received item. When requested, never reveal tracking number or proof of shipment. After the 7-14 business day delivery time frame, I asked where my package was. I was given the runaround when emailed, they never replied to messages on voicemail, never received my refund. SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE..... They will take your money and never ship. When you call it goes to voice mail. When you email they are ignored. Had to dispute charges to get money back. Total scam.

I agree with the last review, very misleading product advertising and customer service is horrible. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered the cables for charging our phones. The 6ft cables are much more versatile than the stock 3ft cables. Pleased with the construction. Would buy again

Best site to buy electronic products. The products are good and got the delivery on time. Had a good experience. Keep it up.

First issue is that they mis-advertised the product. Now its been two weeks and i cant get my money back. This company doesn't have its own customer support, they have immigrants across seas supporting many online companies which cause a major delay. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
