A superb service was given by Elecsec. I called based on a referral from someone who had used them before. They came to my business property and conducted a professional survey, explaining what was needed. The nice thing is that they didn't pressure us into any decision, and took the time to explain what was needed, but also what options we had. I could not recommend Darren and the team enough. Elecsec installed CCTV and burglar alarm to our home. The whole process was swift, professional and clean from quote to completion. The workmen on site were very conscientious and explained the whole installation from start to finish. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Our experience with Elecsec has been very good. From start to finish with our new burglar alarm. Richard came to do the survey and explained all the options and showed us a demonstration alarm and panel. Their engineer came to install it two weeks later, he was friendly, professional, tidy up after and made sure we know how it all worked. Thank you, our home feels safer already.

This is my personal account of my dealings with this company.I was recommended by someone I used for many years to carry out my smoke alarm annual check up.I wish he hadn’t I got a price from them to carry out a check up.I was told it now requires two visits per year.The cost of the basic package was £290.00 of which I was happy with.The system I have had been fully updated with all new parts .The engineer called and checked the system leaving after around 25 minutes.I understand why there was nothing to check has it was all kept in good condition.I waited for a invoice and certificate of which I requested paper copies,to date I have called them around five times to date nothing has arrived.However the certificate has a caveat attached which put doubt over the said alarm system,which is also backed up with a email from this company it states until I have a further manual alarm point fitted the system does not fully comply.And low and behold to get that fitted would be a additional Estimated cost of around £400.00 pounds.I have asked someone else the parts would be no more than £50/60 pounds.I am very disappointed.I am paying their bill has I agreed.But will definitely not use them again.What they wrote on the certificate is in my opinion like what back street garages do .Last year the system gained a full certificate this year it will if I lump over £400 more pounds.I have asked for a explanation of the cost of the materials.Nothing has been explained.I feel that the reasonable cost to carry out the checks has been undermined by the over inflated cost to install a box which is priced at around £20 pounds. Further to this I have just had another Expert look at my fire alarm and this expert said two manual points was required one on the 2nd floor and another on the first floor .I can also add the cost for both is far less than the cost of ELECSEC PRICE FOR ONE .Also it be fully costed and in writing.Do you fire expert people make up the rules has you go along because it seem hit and miss to me .I think some checking of all firms of this nature need checks made similar to Gas Safe .You fail to mention in your response that your expert installer gained a signature after explaining the system was passed and added additional comments in private that the system was compromised. And you own comments suggest a manual point would be required at the first floor level but ELECSEC make no reference to the people on that level.And the cost of two manual points would cost I considerably lot more than the £400 hundred pounds for one by you.I note your going to internally investigate your work ethic I think that would be a very good idea.
