Ordered custom PCB + mounting. All looked good until shipping. Order not shipped since 3 months back, no response on emails or support chat. Feels like i have been scammed…

Ordered ‘in stock’ items one month ago. Order still has status ‘product_processing’. Support email replies promptly ‘expected to be shipped within this week..blabla’ every time when asking for a status update. No clear answer. Very frustrating.

Company is making false claims. All 3 products I ordered were said to be in stock and currently are shown as "in stock", they are promissing 1-3 days for order processing, but now it's been second week and order is still in processing. I was expecting to get my order within 2 weeks as I even paid for fedex delivery, sadly, but project is on delay and I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my order or get a refund. stay away from this site

SCAMMERS !!!! more than 2 month and my order is still processing !!!!!

They say they have it in stock but they don't. I ordered on Nov 11th and I got it January 11th. The whole point of buying the M6 solar was it was turn key with meshtastic. They said it would be preinstalled and ready to go out of the box. It was not. It had nothing installed and they point me to a wiki page to go through a complicated multiple step multiple software download to install it and it still does not work. There is less hassle if I just build one from parts!

I wait over two months for shipping simply order and finally I apply to PayPal for refund. They are scammers Don't buy from them if you don't want months for shipping your paid order.

These guys are scammers. They market a product that's not ready only to collect people's money and not deliver the product after months of waiting. Absolute clowns

Supported the company at Kickstarter for the new CrowPi 3. During checkout, it said 0.00$ for shipping. There was no information on the whole site that shipping would be applied extra afterwards. Now all bakers received an email, where Elecrow is demanding extra payment for shipping from 34$ - 100+$ (depending on country) and keeps claiming that all bakers saw the estimated shipping fee during checkout. So they are literally blaming over 600 bakers that we all did not pay close enough attention during checkout. Instead of admitting their mistake and trying to find a common solution, they try to evade responsibility, even after so many people spoke up and showed screenshots proving them wrong; they remain silent and keep pretending it was our fault. No refund possible, either pay whatever they demand now, or you don't get any product and lose your money. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! If there is ever any problem, they won't be honest and let you pay for it.

50% more expensive than JLCPCB, and no customer service available. I don't see any reason to order there...

I’m absolutely thrilled with the product and service from my recent purchase from Elecrow. My mini Blackberry BB9900 BLE&USB Keyboard is a unique and quite fantastic piece of technology and a great addition to my mobile computer/AR display glasses setup. My order had a minor cosmetic issue and I’m so happy with the quick response and resolution from the Elecrow team! Really exceeded my expectations and I’m already planning my next order. For now just 2 stars. After a week the order with a product that is on stock is not even processed/shipped...

fast shipping ,excellent quality of pcb boards and items

Ordered open source GameCube controller motherboards twice now and they came quickly. Haven't had any issues with faulty boards yet, they all function perfectly. Will be ordering again.

I would be lost without the quality service from Elecrow. I have used many PCB makers and elecrow surpass them in quality, speed price and customer services.
