Purchased a phone and never received phone or refund.

Purchased a phone and got an email 4 days later saying out of stock. Requested a refund and got ghosted right after that. They made a fake refund receipt and never received a refund. Do not buy from this place. My order number was #EcANydxU. Paid money for items that I never received. This whole thing is giving scam.

We previously asked for a screenshot or photo of your receipt or proof of purchase so we can verify the order and check the refund status. While an order number was mentioned in your latest review, we’re still unable to locate a matching transaction without supporting documentation.

To move this forward, please provide a valid receipt, confirmation email, or proof of payment. Once we have that, we’ll immediately investigate and take the appropriate steps to resolve this.
