Just brilliant …enjoyed all the pasta meals ..easy to sort and delivered on time. I will be back thank you .

Delicious fresh pasta. Sauces full of flavour too. Instructions were easy to follow. I love that our evening meal can be prepared and ready in minutes.
Packaging was also excellent and delivered on time.

The pasta was delicious. We will definitely be ordering again.

The quality was restaurant standard. Very easy to follow instructions. It's a bit expensive to be buying too often, but you must try it.

It wasn't made clear in their ad that the dishes had to be put together and I'd expected ready-meals, that just needed heating. Also, the order appeared to be incomplete, but difficult to confirm as no advice note included. As others have pointed out, this company does not make it easy to contact them and also like others have found, I could not log into my account, as I was entering the wrong password, according to them. I requested a new password be sent to my email address, but this wasn't forthcoming.

The Gnocchi, Gorgonzola Sauce and Walnuts was just that, so-so gnocchi, so-so sauce and walnuts that had been do heavily salted that when they were added to the dish, it was like eating neat salt. Needless to say, it went straight in the bin. Even without the excessive salt, the dish would have been a disappointment and far removed from the gourmet experience, implied in their ad.

I'm not inclined to try the other dishes, four of which are incomplete anyway, according the the ingredients listed on the attendant instruction cards, so I've requested a refund and told them they are welcome to collect the other dishes.

We'll see how that goes, but I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

You're far better-off making your own pasta and sauces, or if you find the idea of making pasta a bit daunting, just use one of the premium brands such as Di Cecco, Barilla or Rummo. Lidl's own gnocchi is every bit as good as Ekook's at appx 50p a packet!

Rather disappointing. The ragu bolognaise sauce was tasteless.

Arrived as stated and what we have eaten has been lovely! Tasty and plentiful.

Pasta dishes are amazing, I've only tried a couple as yet. Looking forward to trying some more,.
Delivery was spot on and came beautifully packaged, will I buy again is a huge yes.

Excellent quality food presented beautifully

I Have tried to contact you by Facebook and email with no answer. I cannot log into the site and EKOOK have not given me any information flow.

My order was booked for yesterday, Thursday, 09/12/2021. This did not arrive and no information was forthcoming throughout the day.
Eventually, after 6pm, DPD's site informed us that it would be another 24 hours. On checking the tracking, the order was still in Hinkley. Again, no information from yourselves. The order arrived this afternoon, Friday, 10/12/2021.

The ice bags were not cold, 1 of the pasta packets has a broken seal. I have to assume that this order has been 'sat around' for over 48 hours.

The order does not give me any 'use by date', all it states is "use by 3 days after the delivery'. Unfortunately it does not tell me how many days it has been packed and left around.

Due to this, and the lack of customer support, I require a full refund to the original payment method.
If I do not hear from you over the next 24 hours I will assume that you do not want the goods collected and will donate them to a local food bank.

I look forward to clearing this all up as quickly as possible.

Duck Ragu is gorgeous. Highly recommended.

The pasta was the best I have tasted outside Italy. The ravioli was soft and full of filling and the sauce delicious packed full of tomato flavour.

The wild boar ravioli was brilliant!

delicious!!!, prompt delivery of pasta with sauces ,difficult to pick a favourite if the 6 dishes (so far!) but the wild boar ravioli just tips the scale for deliciousness!, will definately buy again!

Great customer service from EKOOK. The pasta is excellent however I didn't realise that I would have to cook it. I thought they were ready meals that could just be put in the oven or microwave. I have health issues and can't stand for long, and using a large pot for the pasta with my arthritic hands was a nightmare. I won't purchase anything again sadly unless EKOOK can start making ready meals. I would recommend EKOOK to people I know who are able to cook for themselves as the quality of the products is really good!

Exceptional pasta. Far exceeds any other pasta delivery company I’ve tried. Absolutely delicious!
