First and foremost ejuicedb is fantastic. My husband and i are regular customers due to fast shipping and reasonable prices. Ive never had an issue with an order in the 2 years I've been ordering until recently. Their cx service was quick to respond and got my issue resolved just as fast. I expected since Their support system was thru email this would be a long drawn out experience and it certainly was not. Great customer service is hard to come by (especially working in a customer experience environment all day my expectations are already high) and this team delivered above and beyond. First let me say the shipping was fast, much faster than most places i have used. I reached out to customer service, since there was an issue with my juice, and they were quick to respond every time through out our conversation. Great products at the best price I have found anywhere. Shipments have arrived timely and exactly as ordered. PLUS, Customer service is outstanding!! I was sent the wrong item so I emailed explaining this and was told to email them a picture which I did. I talked to the sweetest lady named Evelyn ( shout out to Evelyn ) who returned my email in less than an hour and we worked out the issue within minutes. We did email back and forth a few times and Evelyn returned my emails right away. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

So this is a great company.. I have bought vapes from them for awhile. And yesterday was the first time I had an issue with a vape. It was leaking.
