EJ Moves made an extremely stressful day less so. Not only were they considerably cheaper than other competitors but the estimate was given over the phone and they were always reachable. The two employees arrived between the stated time, were friendly, careful and efficient.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Disgusting company with underhand operations. Discussed each room on the phone when booking to ensure all was clear on what was to be moved, Email confirmation was missing 3 items but as I’d discussed it on the phone I wasn’t concerned, more concerning they’d listed the date wrong which I concentrated on getting corrected. Day of the move two guys arrived with an instant chip on their shoulder, looking around the house the lead guy got his phone out and proceeded to make call after call which took over 20 minutes before even beginning to load the van. Told in a very rude way to contact the office as items not on their list wouldn’t be taken!!! Over 30 phone calls leaving messages I finally get an answer and was told not to worry. Chaps load the van very haphazard and continue to make calls and text. Very stressful morning made worse by been told I’d have to pay £120 more cash there and then if I wanted my stuff unloading!!! Now one chap was 6’5 to my 5’3 and imagine how intimidating that is. Completely unprofessional taking breaks to eat and use their phone whilst me and my friends start moving my stuff from house to house as they refused to hurry up and get the job done. Furniture chipped and scratched to add to the stress of the day. All very underhand behaviour and I would not recommend. Well avoided!!!

I would 100% recommend EJMoves, they arrived and made very light work of moving our belongs to our new home. They took great care in making sure our things were taken care off in the removal vehicle and really couldn't do enough for us reassembling our furniture in the new house. Absolutely brilliant, really nice guys! Thank you very much for your hard work!

2 pick up points served timeously and with professional attention by the 2 men who were courteous and cooperative throughout especially considering the size if two of the paces which meant one had to be returned to second collection point due inability to manoeuvre stairs at destination address. Excellent move, many thanks and well done.

I had to move twice in the last 2 months & having had such a positive experience with EJ Moves the first time, I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else for the second move! Peter and his team took so much stress away & the removal guys (different both times) worked like machines! I can’t recommend this company enough! Their rates are very competitive & if I ever need to move again (hopefully not for a while) I will call Peter again! Very happy!

This is a scam of a company.

They told us to pay a £1280. For a full packing service. After delivering our possessions a day later and we slept on the floor in winter night without our belongings they requested we pay £300 extra to what they quoted us.

Communication was horrible.
They will bring boxes so little a cat wouldn't fit in.

Excellent, affordable movers. The movers carefully moved our belongings. They were efficient, hard working and we would highly recommend them.

I was really impressed with EJ moves. I was feeling nervous as they were so much cheaper then the other quotes we had and it seemed too good to be true, but Peter was so helpful and accommodating he put my mind at rest. On the day of the move three men arrived with a van each and were there nice and early at 8:30am. Everything was packed up and moved around 70 miles, all unloaded by around 6pm. They worked so hard and wouldn’t let us help at all, despite my best efforts. Would be very happy to use them again.

Fantastic! Peter was ever so helpful in sorting out our quote, answering our questions and arranging the booking and the team that arrived to do the move itself were OUTSTANDING! Really pleasant, nothing was an issue for them, they worked ever so hard! I would make sure we use them again in future if we ever do move again. Definitely a company you can trust!

Great service, great price - Removal men were both very efficient and very polite. First class service.

Great experience - prompt, courteous, treated our belongings as if they were their own. Not a scratch on any of our very large, heavy furniture and our 60" TV arrived intact! Would definitely recommend EJMoves.
