Do not book this company. Completely unprofessional. Almost all of our large items are damaged. I received 7 calls, 7 texts and emails to make the booking with Ryan reducing the price every time. Once I had booked - I received no communications, I had to chase them.
We ended up paying more than double the price quoted because we had 2 van loads instead of 1.
On Delivery day they arrived 5 hours late, yet no consequences when they are late. Despite them damaging all our items they harassed us to pay the full bill using threatening language.
I only booked them because they had some good reviews, my mistake. If you're reading this, please ignore all the good reviews and save yourself the headache & do not book with this company.

Absolutely awful services knows every way to charge you more for the service when you pay over the odds to start with expecting a great service!

Hi van turned up 2 when needed 3 as I said 4 bed house and workshop ..so had to run round find a van upon u loading although boxes marked where to go they ended up all over the place ..and stacked in conservatory complete mad ess .. then was waiting for monies from sale of house to go into my bank account and I got hassled for rest of payment . And if didn't pay by 2pm I was going to get charged 100 and hour untill I did .. I wasn't told about that also had no paper work to tick boxes to say how many I had and what furniture . And also the removel men talked English but then when around us talked in there language which is very rude to interested in loading up and unloading and getting away overall on phone it was ..amazing.and everything would be good .. but it wasn't that at all also one of child's units was scratched across the top and wardrobe unite damaged at bottom..have told them no response so unhappy sharon millward

I spoke with a number of removal companies before making a booking and I decided to put my trust in Peter who did not fail me. Great service from the start, communicated with me throughout the whole process and always on the other line when I had questions. On the removal day the team work extremely hard and nonstop, listened and was careful with my things. Not a single fault and I will definitely be recommending.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ryan was extremely helpful. The removal team on the day worked tirelessly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend EJMOVES and would definitely use again. Thank you for helping us move effortlessly into our home.

Brilliant service, removal men were machines!!

Good communication, guys were very good, moved everything quickly, no damages friendly and a good price. Would definitely recommend.

I could not fault the guys, they worked solidly all day and nothing was too much trouble for them.

One of the vans could not come, so when the key-exchange was delayed beyond my legal-possession limit there were many boxes still in the house, and I had to suggest we move them all to the separate garage until I could get in to the new property and help unload the van that would return, by which time the next people were moving in so we had to wait for them to finish. With the third van this would not have happened. However the men were strong & put heavy boxes 6ft high in my garage (some of them on fragile items) so they got everything, and I'd packed so well that almost nothing was damaged. A good result (with 4500 books!) but it took too long and I had to help with the loading/unloading at the end.

Fantastic service! Thoroughly recommend EJ Moves. From the initial conversation with Ryan to the ongoing notification of the move process to the actual move on the day - it was all so efficient and slick. Great value for money too. Thank you for making my move so seamless.

Very bad service and asked for increase price when they are arriving at the moving day. Avoid them if possible.

Fast, efficient, polite and professional.
I used this company several times in the past, and I will use again in the future, should need arise.

The first time business was good. But recently the service were not great. Had to pay about 25% extra on the day over a 3/4 extra boxes to get my move going or they were ready to abandon the move. Also had dents on my fridge, washing machine and microwave.

So firstly I didn’t lie! That’s very unprofessional calling customers that.
Secondly, I made them aware there will be extra stuffs. Only thing missing was a dismantled trampoline.
I agreed to pay the extra on the day when the situation was created. What would someone do, when their rental contract expires on the same day and the removal says we can’t do it at the agreed price? Upon speaking to one of the members it was clear that the information I was given about a team member having covid and postponing my move date to the very last day of contract, was wrong. The team worked somewhere else on the date that was reserved for me. So I was cornered to accept the situation.

My tenants who I recommended to use your services also had bad experience. They were not happy with the service too.
Boxwise, I ordered 20 new cardboard boxes and 3/4 were extras. Sheds and other ones were made aware of.

Finally, I tipped your guys for connecting the washing machine.
So demanding extra pay, threatening to abandon move on the day, denting fridge, washing machine, microwave what else do I need?!

This review is not an argument rather making future potential customers making aware of this company’s current trading trand.

Will look somewhere else next time.

What a joke!!!!
Meant to be moving today! They came round sound they are refusing to take stuff as its not on their list!!! Apparently if you have the ikea storage cupboard (the ones with the pull out boxes) well each of thought boxes have to be emptied and they clarify each box as a box on their list. My nan is nearly 90 years old, she's now sitting on her sofa crying as we don't have a removal company now!! Your company is disgusting!!!

On time, great work ethic. Protected my goods and the property while moving out and in. Friendly staff.

The movers left some items behind even after we discussed what was on our inventory & they said they would take it/had taken it. They mislabelled or didn’t label boxes, and after we eventually unpacked everything we found that an item that appeared valuable has gone missing (we were going to move it ourselves but saw it had disappeared so thought it had been packed but it wasn’t in any boxes). Since I have asked them to help resolve this matter, they have been avoiding getting back to me over multiple weeks. So my impression now is that the movers may have taken the items & the company is dodging me to avoid paying out to cover the cost. In short, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

At short notice, EJ moves were able to get us booked in. Even after changes to the completion date they were really helpful and took the stress out for us. The movers were really efficient and took care with our belongings, and were very professional.
Very happy with the service, would 100% recommend.
