Their pricing is truly unbeatable. Haley and Ralph were the best team for my photography and videography. They were professional and effortless at coordinating throughout the day. They brought a great sense of humor to keep the day stress-free. Communication with the company was good, however, I accidentally unsubscribed from a marketing email Which unsubscribed me from communication with an email from the company. But I was able to reach out in multiple different avenues and was responded to promptly. For their pricing and for the duo of Haley and Ralph, I would definitely recommend. I can’t wait to see my photos and video.

The helped us to capture beautiful photo and video both indoors and out (despite some difficult weather). They were always there to capture our special moments and honored all our requests. From the beginning of the planning process, the customer service staff was responsive and helpful, they even checked in with us shortly after our wedding to explain the next steps in detail. Very good value for their 8 hour "Expressions" package- I would definitely recommend for anyone else looking for exceptional wedding photo and video services.

They’re holding my video hostage and won’t release it unless I pay them $2000+
All their reviews are fake. I was coerced into signing an array of documents after my wedding or else they won’t release my videos and photos. I was threatened with law suits if I leave negative reviews and subjected to such unpleasant hostility. At the end they sent me a corrupt file for my video and want me to pay another $900 to ‘unarchive’ it they do it on purpose to extort money absolutely unethical company. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well as the federal trade commission for suppressing the reviews which is illegal and is regulated by the FTC and I will also proceed to file two claims against them in my county’s superior court. Enough is enough. It was bad as is and I let it slide all I want is my video which is PAId FOR. I let go of so much of their coercion cause I don’t have the energy to be dragged into such pettiness. If they won’t give me my video I ain’t paying them a dime they can keep it but I’ll make it my business to let the world know, let the authorities be involved, and take it up in court.
