It's something fantastic!

I almost never write reviews—this is actually my first one—but I just couldn’t stay silent about Eightydays. It was an absolutely incredible and unique service—there’s truly nothing else like it on the market. I had the pleasure of using it multiple times, and I can’t even begin to describe how much time and stress it saved me.

The convenience, the seamless trip planning, the sheer magic of it all—it was a game-changer for travelers. I’m beyond disappointed that the service has shut down. It’s a huge loss for anyone who loves efficient, hassle-free travel planning.

I really hope that investors recognize the gem that Eightydays was and bring it back to life. This was more than just a travel tool—it was an experience, and I would love to see it return.

The customer support is top notch

The customer support while I was on my trip was amazing! There was a train strike on one of my travel days and the team quickly found me an alternate route for me to get to my next location. I appreciated being pre booked for everything and had several messages checking in on me throughout my trip. I will use again!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and would like to provide clarity on this matter:

1. Booking Date: Your trip was booked for December 2019, before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. All boarding passes were issued as per the schedule.

2. Document Submission: You submitted a medical certificate in February 2020, two months after your scheduled travel date. The certificate did not mention COVID-19. As such, it was too late to process a refund through the airline’s policies.

3. Company Action: Despite the delayed submission and the inability to secure a refund from the airline due to the timing, we issued a voucher for the full amount of your trip. This voucher was valid until December 31, 2023, allowing ample time to plan a new trip.

4. Refund Limitations: Unfortunately, since the required documentation was provided after the airline’s refund window, we were unable to obtain any reimbursement from them.

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We regret any inconvenience you experienced and remain available to discuss any further concerns you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly for any assistance.

Potential scam

Customer support was superb during the booking process. It’s less than 24h to my trip, I don’t have my boarding passes and nobody answers from customer support. It’s lie they’re available 24/7. I’m starting to believe this service is a scam.

I was overwhelmed when trying to plan my trip…

I was so overwhelmed when trying to plan my trip and I came across 80days.me!!! So grateful for finding this app as it took the thinking out of the planning if that makes sence. I played around with the app creating different places I would like to travel to, and created many amazing trips with them, then I finally booked when I found what suited me and what I wanted. Added extra luggage for a small cost. All up for what I got it was super cheap, the service was amazing, they checked you in which helped as the lines in some countries were crazy long and I would have missed flights had this not been done. I am grateful for the support and will definitely be using your services again. Thank you. Asia next @80days.me

Not only it was cool to plan the trip with their system, but the service and support during the trip was top-notch! There were some cancellations and changes, and they made it very simple for me by communicating promptly and with simple options for me to choose, and they would take care of everything.

80days.me is an excellent company. First of all, they allowed us to use our refund from 2020 for our 2023 trip. Their communication was amazing. They would answer our questions night our day. They helped us so much while planning our trip. Their website / app is easy to use. One of our flights got cancelled and they immediately got us on another flight and even offered to pay for our airport transfer fee. They checked in on us every step of the way. They made sure we got to our destination every-time and even gave us tips on what to enjoy in each city. We couldn’t have done our Euro trip without them. Would give them 10 stars

I asked for my refund to be processed January and it is now November and I have gotten the run around about why the money hasn't fully been paid back yet, that or I'm ignored.

As I see, your issue is still being resolved.

During the pandemic time, you agreed to a voucher from our company, but at the beginning of 2022, you asked to exchange the voucher for real money. We started asking for refunds from the airlines, and most of the airlines returned the money to us, and we forwarded it to you.

Please note that the rules for obtaining a voucher indicated that a refund was impossible, but we decided to meet you since you described your situation.

We hope we will soon resolve the issue with the remaining 15% of the total amount; we have successfully received refunds already from the airlines it is 85% of the amount, and we have successfully refunded you this amount already.

We are still ready to give you a voucher for 15% of the total. And we are sure that shortly the airlines will create a refund.

We are very worried about each client and help even with the impossible.
