i BOUGHT WHAT THEY SOLD ME AS SHAKE AND WHAT I GOT LOOKED LIKE GRASS CLIPPINGS FROM MY LAWN, DRIED UP STICKS AND PARTS OF LEAF WITH NO SIGNS OF ANY BUDS. I HAVE BOUGHT THE SAME SHAKE FROM A COUPLE OTHERS AND ITS BEEN GREAT. NOT THIS GARBAGE FROM 8 HORSES

This place e has messed up my orders twice. Mad long to solve or they give run around... its fire but they always sent wrong amount and never honor it

Charged for a product they did not deliver, customer service refused to look into the matter and then eventually just stopped responding.

Edit: Received a response and seller made right, changing my review because prior to now they had provided excellent service - customer support process could use some improvements however.

I see a lot of reviews on and off for this website but i didn’t have a problem with it i ordered around 1:30pm on Monday and it shipped Tuesday and got here Thursday honestly one of the fastest shipping experience i had for any hemp products

One, you dont get email back ever. 2, the concentrates are just isolated with added terps waste of time and money.. but the flower was actually pretty good did have once that was complete garbage but I didn't look at the coast so there's than. Not being able to reach the company though makes this a shit company to order from. And the sketchy practice of how they do concentrates. 2 different strains tasted the same like smoking a fog machine. 2 other strains oramge cream pop and blueberry muffin tasted exactly the same one just more mild sketchy. Also didnt realize it comes from new York or i never would've ordered it. They are way behind when it comes to this stuff.

I used to use bay smokes but I have switched over to eight horses since the product is cheaper and not only that but the shipping is a lot more reliable as well.(example) if you order at 11:30PM on a Tuesday night.they still manage to ship out your order by 8 am on Wednesday. Sometimes with bay smokes it would take up to 4 days for them to ship after I ordered...............
Also idk what these other people in here are talking about.ive gotten my exact items I ordered EVERY-SINGLE TIME and I've placed over 20 orders this year.(I was never in need of customer service the website is very straightforward) also the his website takes visa and Mastercard gift card which other thca websites don't accept which is also I nice touch. I could go on and on about how great this website is but I better shutup now.....

I liked their products, dealing with the customer service is a lesson in patience though. I ordered a $30 product and they sent me a $10 product, after about 2 weeks of contacting their customer service I just cut my losses. It's easier to pull teeth than get information from them and after about a week they flat out ghosted me.

The Eight Horses must be all descenadents of Pegasus, I don't know how they do it, but this company ships from Oregon, Im in Florida and received my packages consistently within 3 days, no matter when there were delays on other packages from other companies, Eight Horses ALWAYS miraculously made it way before the expected date, i dont know how they do it but I'm so pleased! They have really competitive prices and have unique selections of items regularly, they sell out pretty quick. Don't let the simple look fool you..Eight Horses is worth checking out!

This company does not deliver. Product never received.. hard to get a hold of them to even make a complaint. Order with caution

8 Horse hemp are truly a great business. Amazing quality flower and concentrates. My order is always despatched within a few hours of ordering and takes less than a week to get to the UK.

These guys are criminals. Do not spend your money here. They will rip you off! You have been warned! Update, I changed my review score to 3 because eight horses made it right after some correspondence.

Avoid, these guys are thieves. They will take your money and they will deliver nothing.

Company sent me TRIM when I ordered SHAKE. Shake doesn't contain more leaf than bud. They've done this BS to me before. Then, their product page says they don't do refunds on this product. Yeah, because they'll knowingly send you the wrong product that's inferior.

I order from them all of the time. I'm usually broke, and they always have fire ass deals going on. I love them. So much. I'm gonna cry.

I came back to add that their shipping is phenomenal. Usually same day or next day your package goes to USPS, and 3 days later you'll have your package. At least, in my case 99% of the time. I just really love this company, actually.

These guys are just the best iykyk never had any problem with parcel landing and I'm all the way in Europe

So the constructive criticism is that there is super limited availability online and the flowers were a little stalky. The upside, I got an ounce with insured shipping for one third the cost it is here in the UK. I will be a regular customer. Like every week I will order. My order was placed shipped thousands of miles and delivered in one week

The biggest problem is availablity of product. The flowers look good but I found the product to be very mild in effects.

I’m high rn on there stuff. 10/10. Not the most potent weed wise but otherwise I’ve gotten my stuff delivered twice now and very happy with it

Scam package went out for delivery, but was returned because they never paid usps the shipping fees, and they refuse to respond to any emails.
