Steer clear!
Waited weeks for the granny square card deck and it's a definite fake of really poor quality (it has "dooklet" rather than booklet printed on the outside of the box). Shame as I bought one as a gift and it wasn't that much cheaper than waiting for a reputable retailer to have it back in stock (might have even been quicker).

Awful company lost my baby carrier twice apparently keep saying they have sent another when I've just asked multiple times to just refund me which there just ignoring now

Very poor quality Granny Square crochet deck. This is not the original version, do not buy

My wife bought The Granny Square Card Deck booklet. It's taken 3 weeks for delivery, with the worst tracking I have encountered. Once delivered, she thought it would be ok. Wrong !
The booklet is so small, it's impossible to read. The booklet itself is 11cm x 11cm. Writing inside is quite ridiculous as it needs a magnifying glass to see. An item designed for Granny using both hands, is seriously challenged by its inability to be read. Having tried to contact Egreteron about cancelling the order at the outset, to get this joke item is caused for serious dissatisfaction.

I saw similar complaints. I've ordered a toddler carrier, they charged me extra, but they did refund me after I email them. But I never got the order. It's been a month and a half and it's still showing in transit in the UK. I've emailed them but got no response in over a week.

I ordered a baby carrier on 3rd August and I am still to receive it. The tracking info shows it arrived at the UK carrier on 25th August and it hasn't moved since. Egreteron don't appear to care that the carrier is letting down their customers. For all I know it's lost! I will never use them again.

Order delayed and customer service keep telling me to wait rather than just cancelling and issuing me a refund as requested. Terrible company.

Really pleased with this purchase. The quality feels durable and the design is very functional. The separation feature helps keep items organized, and the straps are sturdy for both crossbody and wrist use. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a versatile travel companion.

Took an additional payment from my account which was unexplained and unauthorised. Unsure how they did this. Paid via PayPal. Order confirmation says the amount I was expecting but a second unexplained payment has come out of my account. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Will now dispute with PayPal.

I purchased some foundation cream that in the advert and photo was shown as white cream that once rubbed in turns to your natural skin colour. What I received WEEKS LATER was a bottle of foundation that looked like a child had made it, it was NOT white in colour but a tan colour AND had a different name to that advertised. I complained and actually sent photos of both the order and the actual item I received and was told that they'd checked with their warehouse and verified it was the correct goods!! HOW, I've sent photos showing the difference and yet they say I'm wrong ... HELLO!!! Had the cheek to offer me £2 compensation!!!

The packaging was impressive. It was well-secured and neat, demonstrating attention to detail. Opening it was easy. Inside, the bag and phone lanyard were neatly folded and carefully wrapped, showing a high regard for the product's protection. Very pleased with this purchase.

Do not buy from this company. False marketing. Pictures and product descriptions were nothing like what I received. Bought a ‘fridge cleaning set’ and received a single item which a. I could have made myself and b. Doesn’t work. Absolute rubbish and total waste of money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I bought the 2 in 1 high pressure washer and I can p!$$ with more pressure.
Tried to return the item and requested a full refund but just kept getting fobbed off by the so called "customer support".
They are a disgrace and should be shut down.

This is a fraudulent company based in China (using Australian voiceovers). They sent not fit for purpose bras made of cheap material that can't hold up plums let alone push up your breasts as advertised. The product is completely useless, they do't send pre-paid labels and when they do give you a returns address.. its in China! And the shipping costs more than £20 (more than the items you bought). Avoid this company like the plague!! I am now trying to get a chargeback through my Bank as PayPal has not been useful!
