I’ve found eFinancialModels to be a consistently valuable resource. Their templates are well-structured, and the knowledge shared across their platform is genuinely useful for both finance professionals and business owners. I purchased an event fm earlier this. I contacted them for support recently, paid over 200 usd for an hours work and since have heard nothing. Have chased Cyrill and Sheila at EFinancialmodels without success. Having taken the money, they are seemingly unresponsive. Not good service. I'd really welcome a response from them as the changes required are time sensitive.

I purchased Food Bar Cafe financial model, and had trouble using it (I was using a sample from a different vendor with a similar name). The model naturally has no formula and dummy data. I contacted the author of the above mentioned model.... explaining the problem. He was SOOOO rude and arrogant. His attitude will bring him down the drain. Instead of explaining to me the error or walk me through his model, Roger chose to be arrogant and rude.... unlike industry developers whom I dealt with before he was even born. I think efaniancialmodels.com should delete all his products and not deal with him as he is a bad apple

Instead of Trucking Company - 10 Year Financial Model, you sold me a simple template, filling which is comparable to creating my own table for calculations.
When I contacted support they told me that although the website says that this is a “Financial Model”, in fact you are simply providing a template that needs to be very customized.
As a result, you did not provide me with what was described on the site.
I was forced to purchase another Trucking Financial Projection Template from another supplier. Thanks to the Trucking Financial Projection Template from another developer, I put together my Financial Model in one evening without much effort.

Was looking for an updated financial solar model with bank financing and with eFinacialModels had a good selection of different models to select from. You can view sample models and find one that best fits your requirements. Good experience and would recommend this site.

The service is off the bar, i didn't have the credit card i used before and I needed assistance with paying through Debit Card . They did helped by setting up an invoice so that I can pay through your debit card. Thanks a million, I could have just given up on the model I wanted.

Also used their consulting services to repair some of my own errors. Extremely affordable for those already familiar with modeling but occasionally need the advice of experts.

Be cautious of the efinancialmodels as some of the spreadsheets are similar yet there is a no refund policy.

I'm one of those who used some models from efinancialmodels. It was great and useful. And will go back to use more models from them when needed.
