I was looking for insurance to cover my future cremation, and I somehow got connected to eFinancial. The customer service rep who called me, Lisset C., was very professional and kind. She walked me through a couple of options. The first choice was a bit expensive for me, so we moved on to choice #2 which was accepted. Lisset understood my situation...
