Avoid. Poor-quality, drop-ship items from China fronted by what appears to be a one-man band ("Luke"). As others have noted returns go to China and even then that does not mean you get your money back. You have been warned!
Shirts are not the same quality as adverstised on the website. Size are too small even for someone like me who is smaller/thinner than average person.
Items that need to be returned are to be shipped to China which costs more than 20 GBP at cutomers expense.

I ordered a coat from this company it was to small and damaged it was costing me £27 95. to return to China I contacted effortless lifestyle and they got me sorted very quickly the guy Luke that dealt with my complaint was very helpful.

I don’t recommend using this site.
You can only have a full refund if you return the item back to China which will cost you at least £25.00
I took the item to the post office to return it and was told it would cost £20 without tracking and £25.00 with tracking so it does cost that much
