Some country hams can be overpowering and over-salted. The Edwards ham was so balanced on its country ham flavore and the salt levels that it was smooth and delicious! It even converted a few “sweet ham only” esters we had at Thanksgiving!

Not worth the money. I told their customer service that my family and I were disappointed with the smell and the taste but didn’t seem to care…
