I've been looking for support for a some time and I think they are doing a good job

This has been an amazing learning experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, and the strategies they teach really work. If you're serious about improving your trading, this is the place to start.

Exceptionally bad attitude by sales person

Exceptionally bad attitude from the sales person who called me. The person presented himself as Benjamin and spoke with UK accent, but called from an Austrian number.

Previously, I responded to a campaign add that offered educational material. In stead of receiving the promised material, I received a call from a exceptionally unprofessional junior sales person who simply tried to pursuade me into creating a trading account and making me hand over banking information on the phone call.

As i continuosly denied doing so, because I expected to educate myself with a promised whitepaper prior to interacting with this company, he unproffesionally hung up the phone without further notice.

Totally inappropriate behaviour and sad for the company to have individuals like that representing them. I would never again consider interacting with this platform nor reccommend anyone doing so.

I found a trading education offer on Facebook, that was by a company name Edumatics, so I ordered their pdf in my email, they also asked my phone number at the same time. I received an email from Edumatics. On the same day somebody called me from fxmeridian.com. He asked some personal questions, but I was not inspired to answer all of them. He sent me another email where I could find their website, it was not Edumatics, but FXMeridian. He tried to guide me to register on their website. I excused myself and we agreed an appointment for 4 days later. So, he called. Meanwhile, I had made my decision not to take part in this company, because I had doubts about this being another scam, for several reasons. The person called from a different number than what was in his email, even the country code was different. I expressed my concern, but he was certainly ready debate, not aggressively, but we talked quite a while. I tried to wish him several times a happy future and I tried to end the call, but he didn't agree with that but continued with his reasoning. This continued until I got so upset that I just hung up the phone. To my surprize he tried to call again. Now to begin with I gave Edumatics my prepaid phone number which I don't use. Nobody calls me in that number. Plus, the country code was the same as his previous call, just the rest of the number was different. I hung up the phone without even answering. But he called again. This happened five times until I shut my phone completely. I opened my phone again the next day. Sure enough at one point I got a phone call from the same country code (different number). It was the same customer service person. He was blaming me for hanging the phone up the previous day and was about to debate again with my points for not registering into their system. I said to him couple of strong words and hung up the phone again with an upset mood. I can't believe this guy was so stubborn. I was definitely left with the feeling that I have saved myself from being scammed. I do get phone sale offers time to time, but none of them has ever behaved like this before. They always respect my decision to say no. This person didn't.
