My experience was spoiled with unwanted subscription but then customer support team made me think positive about the product.
I signed up for the body drumming which is excellent. I didn't see that I was also being signed up for €29.99 per month which was in small and faint print below the password and link to log in. I think that was sneaky and under-handed. I know "caveat emptor (Latin: let the buyer beware) applies but at no time when applying for body drumming was this made clear. I dislike doing business with any organisation that does this and that's why I'm cancelling my subscription. Not in harmony with the health and wellbeing courses that you offer. Furthermore, I've made 7 attempts throughout the day to cancel and each time... Oops! something went wrong pops up... just confirms my low opinion of your organisation. Only when I emailed Eduelle directly did they cancel my subscription. In the meantime I cancelled my credit card and arranged to be issued with a new one.

I paid for what looks like a fixed price for accessing a dance course. I received the confirmation mail of the payment and after paying attention to my bank account I saw I was monthly subscribed for £21.99. I wrote for a cancellation and a refund as I did not even used the password given for starting the course and having not a close prospective of doing it in the foreseen future. They tell me to cancel through my account in their website, as I did. The next day the charged me again and after claiming again for the refund of the subscription, they refunded the last amount improperly taken. They say the subscription conditions were well specified but I have the screenshots of what was offered in the moment of the purchase. I have been offered full free access as they genuinely have acknowledged that this situation affected my experience. Now I can take into account the support team responsiveness in handling my request, since they are offering the full subscription refund, and they have fulfilled it. Thank you.

I wasn't happy with purchased course and asked a refund. As alternative I received much better offer from support team. Thank you for such generous offer.
Customer support team works great. They instantly replied to my request and solved all my questions. I'm glad they didn't hide info about paid subscription and canceled it for me.
Some parts are deep but overall I enjoyed it. God if u are into self-reflection

The course price is fair and between $10 and $20, while subscription price $29 is OK but can be discounted as well.
I didn't know how to cancel trial. Mark replied and canceled it for me. Good job that show how dedicated customer service is.

When I reached out to support, they were quick to respond, very helpful, and resolved everything immediately. They canceled the subscription and issued a full refund without any difficulty.
I truly appreciate how easy they made the process. While the initial offer could be clearer, their support team handled the situation professionally and fairly.
I activated subscription to all courses by mistake. Mario understood my request and immediately completed refund. The access to initial course stay active , I enjoy it a lot.
I had an issue with payment but Mark from support team explained everything. Thank you for quick assistance.

They do not make it clear that they are signing you up for subscription and they will take your money. Disgusting company.
