Had a e mail & txt message to aay my parcel waa due to be delivered by 1pm 11th April, now Monday 13th April no parcel, had no more contact I sent an e.mail Saturday evening NOTHING! Where is my parcel??

We had previously worked with EDS but unfortunately made the decision to end our partnership at the time due to a decline in service standards.
However, I’m pleased to share that after a year away, we are now back on board with EDS via the APC network, and the improvements have been notable. The level of customer service from EDS Couriers has clearly progressed, and we’ve observed a marked improvement in APC’s delivery performance across consignments.
It’s encouraging to see the positive changes and we’re hopeful that this continues moving forward. Thank you EDS.

Well what can I say. EDS have been excellent with my delivery right from day 1.
All updates and information have been passed on efficiently.
I had been struck down by a flu bug and couldn't get to my preferred delivery address but EDS went above and beyond to accommodate me, as i changed the delivery address, so I could receive my parcel.
Kasha, the Customer Relations advisor, was excellent and helped the process go extremely smoothly after I had to change plans.
Many many thanks to Kasha and all the team involved. A great family run business, keep up the great work.

Absolutely hopeless at agreeing and sticking to a delivery date! I received a msg at 8.52am on Friday 5th August advising they will be delivering between 9.50am - 10.50am on that day . On coming downstairs around 9am after a shower there was a card saying they attempted delivery at 8.30am. Ok that's on me as clearly I didn't hear the door - even though the txt arrived AFTER they had been to me at 8.30am, bit odd but they had definitely been here as I had a card. Anyhow, two more attempts at arranging delivery with dates confirmed I have lots of apologies, apparently there's been a problem with a new driver in my area ?Bless him! I even had an offer of a Saturday delivery ( I declined as who wants to wait in on a Saturday for a delivery that may/may not turn up) We settled on today Tuesday16th August for the 3rd attempt( 3rd time lucky ?) 11x days after the original promised delivery date, Although probably don't ALL count as possible delivery days but who knows as no day seems suitable .Just got off the phone to check if its arriving today (3rd attempt as 2nd attempt didn't even show) to be told they will deliver tomorrow!. Really? - where's my txt telling me the wrong day/time - Why would I believe I have anymore chance at getting it tomorrow than on the day arranged & promised by a really apologetic & helpful (at the time )customer service Team Member who I spoke with after the 2nd attempt of delivery was a No Show . What if there's a problem with the Driver again ?he may abandon his truck as he's had enough of the useless people sending out the txt msgs. giving us the wrong information of when our stuff is arriving, or maybe floods or worse , who knows .
Of course I declined the kind offer of delivery on a day not arranged as I haven't arranged that day off with work - I arranged to have today off .

I'm not wasting any more time arranging time off work to stress if I'll get my delivery on that day .
My husband is going to collect it himself .
Sameday manager is a lying Rat called Mark Locke. He wouldn't be able to tell the truth if his life depended on it. Horrible little weasel of a man.

Rebooked for Wednesday. Left voicemail to confirmed this.
Still send out on Tuesday.
Called and said it’s supposed to be delivered Wednesday, not today? Was told not a problem, will contact driver.
Driver wasn’t contacted and delivered.
Luckily I was just getting ready to leave for work.
Was told to read the e-pod where it says to not leave with neighbour or post through, and not order things online for delivery if I won’t be in, it costs a lot of money for them to come back???
Delivery was for my ticket to the F1 British Grand Prix. Anyone who has two brain cells knows these tickets are sent as and when Silverstone sends them, I didn’t booked the delivery date 6 months ago when I made the purchase.
Emailed both EDS and APC (who EDS deliver for) was given some jargon bumph about their delivery service, told the driver ‘used his initiative’ to deliver as it was on his van?? And his comments would be sent to the Operations Manager.
Still no answer as to why on 3 occasions they were told delivery was booked for Wednesday and it still went out today instead.
Was told to contact Silverstone for this.
Not too sure what they’re supposed to do if I’m completely honest here. They didn’t fail to follow simple instructions but okay go off I guess?
