Initially I was skeptical about the service, even thought if I had gambled my money, but these government task takes time, my patience and team's efforts finally paid off. I got my gazette in 2 months. I am thankful for the assistance, and recommend others.

I had a good overall experience with E-drafter.in. The process was quite easy to follow and the pricing is definitely cost-effective, which makes it a convenient option.

The work was completed properly and within the committed timeline, which I really appreciate. A special thanks to Mr. Sunil Chauhan for his efforts in coordinating everything smoothly and ensuring timely completion.

One area that could use improvement is the support responsiveness. At times, calls were not answered, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Overall, a reliable and efficient service. Would recommend with the expectation of slightly better support communication.

प्रोसेस के लिए 5 star ✨ देना चाहूंगा लेकिन कस्टमर सपोर्ट के 2 भी बड़ी सोच समझ कर दे रहा हूं। बहुत ही खराब कस्टमर सपोर्ट हैं। फोन नंबर दिए गए हैं लेकिन हमेशा बिजी रहते हैं। Call back भी नहीं किया जाता। बहुत बुरा अनुभव रहा हैं इस बारे में। रही बात सर्विस की वो तो कही से भी ली जा सकती हैं। जबतक कस्टम सपोर्ट अच्छा नहीं होगा, सर्विस कितनी ही अच्छी दे लीजिए , रिजल्ट और रिव्यू बुरा ही आएगा।

I paid for same day delivery in Pune. The document is still not delivered after 2 days. The person Soni Nirman is not even picking up the phone. Neither calling back. What about money paid?

I had initially approached another legal service provider who told me that my case was not doable due to documentation complications. That left me quite confused.
However, the team at eDrafter carefully reviewed my documents, and Pushpendra Singh coordinated the process smoothly, guiding me through the correct affidavit and newspaper procedure. My name change has now been successfully published in the Gazette.
There was a slight delay in publication, but they remained responsive and transparent throughout. Overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome and appreciate their assistance in completing what others said couldn’t be done. Glad I chose to proceed, the result speaks for itself.

Order PCK1665 remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone calls (always busy), Instagram comment, and LinkedIn message. No response from the team.

Closing tickets without solving the issue is unacceptable.

Consumer complaint has been filed.

Haven't provided me my same name certificate after 3 days of payment

The Google reviews seem highly misleading. My experience was very poor. I placed two orders with the “quick scan” option, but there was no timely delivery. Customer support is almost unreachable — the service number is always busy, and only the sales/new order number works. It has been over 2 days with no resolution. I have lost ₹1200+ and now I need to get this work done externally at a much lower cost. Overall, not trustworthy.

We applied for e stamp paper we received on time.
Overall experience is good but little bit expensive
