Edimakor est une arnaque. J'ai acheter la version Edimakor - Perpétuel/1 PC pour Windows. Jusque là pas de soucis. Après doublage de voix de 6 vidéos. STOP de l'application qui me demande de racheter des crédit de voix. Inadmissible et en plus le coup est exorbitant. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.
I found this program was much more than expected and was beyond my capabilities (poor eyesight). After contacting their support they were happy to refund the cost. I was very happy with their response and the immediate refund. Their customer support was beyond reproach in my opinion. Thank you.

Immediate cancellation, zero usage, 7+ days no refund — chargeback filed
I purchased an Edimakor annual subscription on March 12, 2026.
I cancelled the subscription and submitted a refund request on the same day —
the software was never launched or used, not even once.
What happened next:
• I sent multiple emails over 7+ days requesting refund status
• I received only 2 AI auto-responses — zero human reply, zero refund action
• The support team never responded within the timeframe their own policy requires
HitPaw's own refund policy clearly states:
"Customers did not get a reply from the support team in 24 hours
after submitting the online form" — is listed as an approved refund circumstance.
I waited more than 7 days. Their policy was violated by their own team.
I have now filed a formal chargeback dispute with my credit card issuer.
If this is not resolved, I will escalate to the BBB and consumer protection agencies.
This is not a complaint about the software itself.
This is about a company that ignores refund requests, uses AI bots to stall customers,
and refuses to honor its own written refund policy.
Potential buyers: screenshot their refund policy before purchasing.
If something goes wrong, expect silence.

Bought HitPaw to try and update some twenty year old+ videos. 26 hours later and only 20.6% had been converted on the first, so slower than slow on my relatively basic home PC.
Contacted the help people who suggested I bought some credits to use the Cloud to speed things up. Problem is I need over two thousand to do one, forty five minute, tape. Cost, in excess of $200 at the special introductory price.
It also seems they forgot to mention that I needed a gamers spec graphics card, which here means £250 plus to buy and install. RTX3060 was the minimum they said, and I don't have it.
Severe disappointment, good idea, but not explained properly. seems they want you to buy credits and go via the Cloud which creates extra income for them.
Luckily I only have a one month subscription, so trying to get my money back. If not, a not too expensive bit of experience.
Four days later, thry are declining a refund as their programme is ok, but my PC is not good enough ! Pity they dont specify the spec required. Cost me £50 to find out. Customer service, what customer service.

We failed to clearly state the hardware requirements (such as the need for a gaming-grade graphics card) and did not inform you of the high cost of cloud conversion beforehand, causing you to waste £50 and a significant amount of time. Especially after you requested a refund, our refusal based on the excuse that "the program works fine, but my PC isn't good enough" is absolutely unacceptable customer service.
Please provide us with your post number, order number, and order email address, and we will address your issue immediately. We apologize again for our communication failure and indifferent response.

Total con artists. These guys are basically thieves using their inefficient software to collect money. They will find any little excuse not to issue you a refund. Their software wasn't able to technically cover my song my song the way i wanted it for a baby singing video. It always changed my song to an entirely different song. I complained about this issue to them and these rogues requested i send them a screenshot of the issue.
How would you know my problem from just the screenshot where you needed to listen to the song your software generated?? This is just to proof that they are finding excuses to not refund you!
Regardless, i sent them the screenshot and they came back to me saying that i have used credits so i am not eligible for a refund.
Well, dude, i used the credit trying to make your rubbish software to work and give me an end product. You can see i didn't even export any files and have since uninstalled the software! You have all records there in your system!
