Shown delivery time is definitely not respected, 2 months to get my artwork. 2 months, almost 60€ and a "paint" that has colors completely washed out, far from what the pictures showed. Quality is really poor, don't buy there.

Firstly, I didn't even get a tracking number until over a month after I made an order, and that was only after I chased it up myself. Then I see that nothing happened with my order for well over a month! They didn't even hand it to the shipping company until after I chased it up.

I finally received it after 2 months. The shipping time itself was fine (about 3 weeks - which is what I would expect coming from China), the problem was that it wasn't even handed to the shipping company for over a month. So it wasn't the shipping company's fault for the delay.

They tell you that orders are sent out within 24 hours and you'll get it approx 3 weeks later...definitely not my experience.

I don't recommend you buying if you're planning to.
1.colors are pale
2.delivery takes more than a month

The product is really nice. The print is really hi-res and the canvas fabric is unlike any other printing material. The colors are rich and the installation is a breeze! But it took an insaneeeee amount of time to be delivered. 2.5 months of wait in 2021! So the 2 stars deducted are because of that.

In total is ok, but i was a problem with goods when it arrived. It was broken thats why i put 4 stars. But your side fixed situation very clearly and fast.

The shipping was estimated to be 1-2 weeks. It’s been 2 months and I have not received the artwork.

Poor quality, washed out colours. Then you get hit with an import charge which isn't mentioned.

They took like 6 weeks to arrive.

They're dropshipped from China.

I was expecting better colors ,higher quality for the price. The only good thing about this print is the frame.

The last 6th of December I ordered a large print, that seemed to be stationary off in China since the 10th of December.
So I wrote to Ecstase email address in order to comprehend what was going on, they replied immediately saying it was normal to experience longer than usual waiting time when checking on tracking number.
But the package doesn't appear to arrive and I continued to ask them for informations, then they offered me to resend the order for free, but a new tracking number never arrived. At last, they seemed replying with automated email and I asked for a complete refund, but then they replied saying that I could choose the courier services between FedEx and UPS to resend the package. Again, I didn't receive the new tracking number, but all of a sudden the order arrived this morning, after 1 month and 4 days waiting and 8 written emails. Anyway, the product is beautiful, the print is awesome and the canvas is well-made.
I wouldn't like to order again on Ecstase, especially for the long waiting time and the clueless customer service's replies, even though the prints they offer are stunning.

I ordered two prints. The other was just fine, the other had colours way off. Red was turned to orange.. They just responded "please be advise the colors may look slihgtly different in actual canvas". i'll just say this "please advise, i tested to print the original picture with my 50 euro printer and the colours turned just fine".. please. When you print an actual canvas and you pay a lot of money for it, you cant brush off a colours change by just saying "please advise colours may vary"... Shame. I love the prints, but its not normal or acceptable, there is mistake and error happened, which they wont admit.

So i would propably say that it is risky to order from this site. The print can be fine, but the print can also be faulty. If the colours are off like mine, they'll just brush it off and offer no compensation. I mean you could say "you had one job" and they failed on even that.

I'd post the comparison picture so you could decide the difference yourself but you cant add photos here.

It's been nearly 10 days and the thing hasn't even left China, yet.
You guys made it sound like this was a domestic print shop. Also since I've made my original order, I've realized that your art isn't as "limited" as you make it seem.

Reverse google image searches can find this art elsewhere. And if the exact piece of art isn't elsewhere, you can find stock photos or stolen wallpapers that look very close to what's being sold here, with minor photoshop edits that any professional can do within 30 minutes. Not saying all of the pieces are that way, but was pretty disappointed at how many I was able to sift through and find so many so quickly that were blatantly ripped from elsewhere with minor edits.

Did not respond to emails till days later and it did not come in the expected amount of time and still hasn’t come in

Ordered a large print, took a few weeks to get here cause of Covid but arrived well packaged. They put a lot of effort into making sure it arrives safely. Took a bit of effort to hang it so the print was all straight but all in all very happy.

You get what you pay for here. I may put it in a proper frame in time.

I docked one star as one of the magnets in the wood was cracked and fell out in 2 halves but I was able to glue it back in place.

Bought 2 gorgeous prints from them. Shipment took a while but I think we can all be understanding right now, as it came all the way from China, and the representatives were really helpful in informing me on the order's status and making sure I got updates. Prints are fantastic, huge and super clean, better than I expected. The AR print & filter is so cool. People keep asking me where I got them.
