Don't Worry too Much

Bag was delivered one day after my flight (Flight arrived 3pm, bag delivered 4pm following day). Website was good at giving updates and I even got a call making sure I was home. Delivery driver was very kind as well :). Just had to sign and got all my things back!

The delivery wasn’t done

The delivery wasn’t done, as at the time of writing this review, my delayed luggages from British Airways that was to be delivered after 24 hours remained hasn’t been delivered to me. Tracking through your system showed that a Mr Mark has signed for my luggage’s but there’s no one with such name in my Home. My luggages were taken on board the BA long haul flight with me identified by my International Passport & I believe in delivering, such identification should have been repeated to ensure the right owner of the luggages is given the delayed baggages as would have been done in the Baggage Claim section in the Airport Arrival Area. The delivery was not properly coordinated & not successful

Amazing service & help received .

Amazing service & help from when my case was missing on 21st March to the delivery of it to my home address this morning - 25th March .The courier service kept in touch regularly & I was able to track the progress. Great job getting me my suitcase…

Great job getting me my suitcase quickly with constant updates via the delivery portal. Driver did an amazing job of manoeuvring their way to my address despite issues with roadworks in the local area.

Got a message to say delivery 27/2/26 between 7.52 and 9.52. Then got a message saying it had been delivered at 8.24. Sounds good? Well it was delivered to a place 11 miles away completely different postcode and county! Plus they started with 2 packages together. They split them up to give to 2 different drivers! 2nd one scheduled to be delivered at a different time!
