From start to finish, my experience with Ecoscent has been outstanding—and a big part of that was John’s customer service.
I first reached out with a vague idea of the ambience I wanted: subtle, clean, and welcoming rather than overpowering. John took the time to understand the space, traffic flow, and ventilation, then recommended a diffuser and scent profiles that matched perfectly. He explained the differences between oils, coverage area, and maintenance in plain language, which made the decision easy.
Ordering was straightforward, delivery was timely, and the packaging was secure and eco-conscious—no excessive plastic or filler. Setup was simple thanks to the clear instructions John emailed over, with practical tips on placement and intensity levels. Within minutes, the room smelled fresh and balanced—noticeable but not cloying. Several visitors have commented positively, which says a lot.
What really sets Ecoscent apart is the aftercare. John followed up unprompted to check how the scent was performing and offered to tweak the schedule for peak hours. I just LOVE my ecoscent!
I just LOVE my ecoscent!! I discovered this company when I went to a hotel that just smelt divine, the reception staff told me who to contact. I messaged them and have had first class communications with ‘Lauren’ who helped me decide what unit to buy and even helped me trace the exact scent I was smelling in the hotel. My messages were responded to without delay and nothing was too much trouble. I get lots of comments on how lovely my house smells. I wouldn’t say this product is cheap, it isn’t, but when I look at how much over the years I’ve spent on candles, diffusers and such like I feel it’s worth the little bit extra

Ecoscent has a lovely range of products for both commercial and domestic use. For anyone who loves a nice smelling home/work space I highly recommend their products. They are super helpful and have a wide variety of different fragrances. Shelomi has been super helpful in matching our fragrance requirements. The machine we have works so well and looks great. It is also controlled by an app which is so convenient. We have received numerous compliments about the lovely smell in the hotel from our guests. Would highly recommend their products and their lovely team members.

Makes a difference to our showroom
Great service and products. Everyone comments on the lovely scent from the ecoscent ariel machine when walking into our showroom - currently jasmine, sandalwood, citrus. Green fig room spray is also a lovely scent. Website is easy to navigate.

Amazing Fragrances
The fragrances are amazing, I have tried a number of companies in the UK and USA that supply in large bottles for the larger diffuser use and nothing else matches the fragrance quality and range. The customer service is also 1st class, order recieved quickly and Adam has been fantastic. Well recommended I will be a returning customer.

No other oils can match these …
I’m a bit obsessed over how my house smells and have no less than 10 diffuser machines over the various 3 levels. Finding good oils for the cold diffusion is not easy, I have paid a lot less and the oils are simply not good smelling or the burn rate is high, there are no better oils on the market than Ecoscent and with the best variety around. White Patchouli is my absolute favourite and I could go through litres of that. I recently tried the new pet oil range, these were all light citrus/aromatic in style and I thought a very useful addition. I own 5 dogs and I’m always conscious of whether having the diffuser on is ok for the dogs. So in the dog room, these will work perfectly. Also had the opportunity to try the new Orange, Bergamot and patchouli, this is gorgeous, really long lasting and diffuse with emphasis on the warmer notes than the citrus - loved it. Finally just a mention of the room spray, these summer one is a medley of citrus and although I don’t have the need for these as I use the diffuse, for a spot freshen up, it’s a very uplifting and aromatic blast that freshens the room for a while.

Scent is very weak and barely spreads…
Scent is very weak and barely spreads around the house. Certainly not like the web site indicates as the range.
I’m trying settings that scent for longer and more frequently, but oud should be much more heady and this just isn’t.
