Exceptional communication and delivery driver!

The constant communication of delivery along with the live truck location AND a 20ish minute heads up warning were all awesome.
The delivery driver for our mattress was on his 17th and final one, but was so bright and happy it was as if he had just started his day! Honestly, such a nice dude, and deserves this feedback and some recognition sent back to him.

Don't let the shiny marketing fool you. Ecosa spends a fortune giving free beds to influencers to push their products, but the reality for paying customers is a complete nightmare.

I purchased a bed base that arrived completely faulty. I am perfectly capable of assembling furniture, but you cannot "assemble" a defective product. Instead of fixing their mistake, Ecosa has spent a week making me jump through hoops.

The Reality of Buying from Ecosa:

Influencer Hype vs. Reality: They have plenty of beds to give away for "reviews," but they won't even send a functional replacement to a paying customer.

Time-Wasting "Troubleshooting": After a week of back-and-forth, I spent 10 minutes on the phone only to be told I need to film "troubleshooting" videos—instructions they didn't even bother to send after the call, This would be the third time I would have to send them a video.

Storage Nightmare: I have a job and a young son to care for; I shouldn't have to act as a part-time product tester or provide free warehouse space. These massive boxes are taking up a significant portion of my small home, and Ecosa has no urgency to collect them.

No Accountability: They have refused to refund me and haven't sent a replacement.

Don't be a fool. Save your money and your sanity. If you get a defective product like I did, you’ll be left chasing them for weeks while your house is filled with their faulty inventory. Shop elsewhere.
Trust me as someone in New Zealand they bombard you with marketing and great deals this has been a nightmare.

Uncomfortable and impossible return process

The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked to swap it to the softer version they said this would not come with the same comfort guarantee, and that if I ever order another mattress it won't either.
So I organised a return, and the return process was harrowing. They refuse to contact you via email, making it near impossible to organise the collection unless you don't have a job. Then they essentially make you stay home on an entire weekday (again, what am I meant to do if I have a job?) to wait for their mattress collection, for which they refuse to specify a time, only say they will give you a 4 hour window on the morning if you call them and wait on hold.
Then they tell you they will call you 30 minutes before, but at the last minute this was then not a possibility anymore, leaving me to have to sit at home waiting with no ETA.

I do not recommend this company in the slightest

Ecosa Breeze Storage Bed & Pure Mattress

Spent 2.5k in the last month. Puchased the Ecosa Breeze Storage Bed and the Pure Mattress. Whilst the Mattress has been amazing. The breeze storage bed has been really disappointing. 2 of the draws have fallen apart. This is after putting them together correctly and treating them with care. I have sent photos of the draws and it does seem tedious to get actionable quick replies that puts my mind at rest. I searched long and hard before committing to a bed frame - i needed storage and the draws looked perfect. Really hoping they provide a solution and provide new draws. As the screws are no long tenable to sustain the draw. it also has me worried about the longevity of the product. Please see pics. Also, has me wondering what their warranty and response would be if issues were to arise with the mattress. However, the mattress has been wonderful thus far.
