Surveyor turned up on time and was very knowledgeable about the current grants. The process was quick and fingers crossed in a few weeks we have a new boiler.

Eco Home straightforward easy to apply.
Firstly a surveyor actually turned up as promised (unlike our attempts with contacting a rival scheme that never responded). We got honest straightforward advice and survey. We were informed we should be entitled to cavity wall insulation, underfloor insulation and new boiler free as we had claimed benefits due to covid. We are still being processed but so far so good we hope to get the work done soon. Hope it continues.

Really pleased with the outcome of the survey. Polite and efficient service, the surveyor kept social distance at all times which was a huge comfort. Can't wait for my new boiler!
