First delivery got delayed for 5 days
First delivery got delayed for 5 days, second order was spot on . Not sure if these burn the hottest but every time I email them it bounces back as undeliverable so that’s very frustrating

When you hear companies stating next…
When you hear companies stating next day delivery you automatically think give it two days to be safe but on this occasion order was placed Wednesday morning delivered to my designated parcel drop and photo for proof of delivery Thursday 1.30pm excellent service will definitely be using Ecoblaze again 5 star service

The company delivering said they came…
The company delivering said they came one day and said no-one was in and I was on my drive always working. They then said they called again and never turned up abd sent a photo of my address which wasn't 150 mtr up the road.when contacting you I was tole they couldn't be deliverd toll 3 days later.
Therefore I didn't receive my goods after staying home for 3 day this is very very poor service

Easy to order, they have good deals, and they have great customer service. I'm rating 4 only because I have received only part of the oder, but a phone call to customer service sorted the issue.

Great burning logs
Usually bought cheap logs until I tried ecoblaze. Logs have lower moisture, burn longer and cleaner than budget logs from big stores. Might pay a couple of quid more but I think you get a longer burn time overall. Will definitely be a repeat customer as delivery was also on time. Zero complaints.
