Job search in Zurich

Before joining Ecobe, I already had solid experience, but I was missing structure and a clear positioning strategy for the Zurich market.
The program helped me organise my job search more strategically, improve my CV and LinkedIn profile, and prepare more confidently for interviews.
Within a relatively short period of time, I was able to secure several interviews with well-known institutions in Zurich, resulting in positive outcomes.
What I appreciated most was the structured approach, the practical guidance and the focus on positioning and interview preparation.

Before joining Ecobe

Before joining Ecobe, I was going through both a career transition and an international move, which made the process much more challenging.

The self-driven program helped me bring structure, clarity and consistency to my job search.

What really helped was understanding how to position my experience better, improve my applications and approach the market more strategically.

The system gave me direction and momentum during a very important transition period. I would recommend it to professionals navigating career or country changes in today’s market.

Great professionals that really care! Ecobe Academy provided exactly what I needed to bridge some of the gaps in my professional knowledge as well as really feel like I was truly being supported throughout the journey. Definitely worth your time and investment.

Before joining Ecobe Academy

Before joining Ecobe Academy, I was really motivated to find my next role, but I did not feel fully confident in interviews or in the way I was coming across.

During Ecobe, the support from the whole team made a huge difference. The help on how to speak, my posture, and how to structure my answers changed everything for me. I also really appreciated how present and responsive you were when it mattered most, especially around the first interview. The help late Friday, then again on Saturday morning, and on Sunday is something I will not forget.

Now that I got the role, my focus is to adapt quickly to the company culture, earn the team’s trust, and grow over time by taking on more responsibility.

Thank you from the heart to everyone at Ecobe Academy for all the support.
