We bought a car for our 17yr old who’s learning to drive…a little Peugeot 107
Various things wrong with car contacted garage to highlight. We were told they would come back to us and guess what!!!
Not a thing…
All smiles when you are buying the car but guess what🤡🤡

Car is fine, as described, although two rear tyres were very close to legal limit and replaced a few days after purchase. About 2/3 of the new tyre price was given as an allowance at the time of purchase. Part exchange price was lower than quoted , albeit, several weeks previously and about £600 lower than quoted by several online companies, Good service and would use again but would do so without part exchange and sell privately.

The sales people are very friendly and helpfull. Helped me get the best deal for my car and the transaction was very smooth.

Bought an Audi Q3 from Eclipse cars, Paul was helpful on the day but the aftercare from him is appalling, he promised to contact me with issues I had that was 2weeks ago , there secretary is very helpful , I’ve requested a 2nd key with no response , they paid for 2 tyres but when fitted the back 2 were needed to be replaced at my expense , not my best buying experience,

Arranged to collect car at 4pm, waited till 4:20 due to previous buyer arriving late and was told it would be another 10 mins. Handover eventually at 4:45. Vehicle now needs new sensor but apart from that seamless and wonderful vehicle so far.

Roy and his team were helpful and friendly without being pushy allowing for us to take the time we needed to look around the car we were interested in and subsequently bought. Roy made the process of buy our new car very easy. Highly recommend.

My only reservation was that I have still not receivednthem correct MOT Certifiacate for the veheicle. All I was supplied with was a DVLA printout. Hopefully I will receive it soon

I bought a second hand car from Eclipse Car Sales. I had a serious fault on the vehicle after a few weeks of running it. The problem was quite complicated and took a year on and off to find the solution. The car had to go back and forth many times but they always supplied a loan car. What I want to say in this review is that they did not give up on me leaving me in a mess. They persisted at cost to them until they diagnosed and fixed the issue. This shows true professionalism and trust. They even collected the car from me on several occasions which they did not have to do. Would I use them again?. You bet..
