Ps.: there is an update to this review and I think it‘s fair to give E Cigarettes World a credit.

I had ordered an iStick Amnis there and everything went great. As I wanted to replace some of my devices and test the Vaporesso I looked to see who had a great selection in Ireland, so I ordered from E-Cigarettes World, big mistake. On the 3rd of September I was informed that my device plus liquid had been shipped. DPD tracking said it was on its way and on 5th of September I got an email that my delivery would be with me on the 6th. Monday passed and so did Tuesday. I then called DPD to find out where my package was. They told me to wait until Wednesday and then contact the retailer. I sent the first email on Wednesday, but there was no response. Thursday the second mail, no reaction. Friday I tried to reach someone by phone, but each time I got an answering machine. I wrote another mail with the threat that if I didn't get an answer within an hour, I would contact my bank. Suddenly something moved, I was forwarded an email in which someone asked his colleagues to inform me about the whereabouts and how long it would take to get the goods, in short, that was the last I heard. I set a deadline of Monday, and if I don't hear anything, I'll contact my bank. I have never had any difficulties with any other online shop, especially during the lockdown. This is the second and last time I will order here. For my money, I can get sugar blown up my ass. This is how you successfully prevent customer relations.

My parcel arrived yesterday and everything was good. As it was a birthday present for myself it was not the best situation. Mistakes can happen all the time but it can be prevented with a better communication but all's well that ends well. As we have the saying in German all good things come in threes maybe I will give it a try in the future.

I cannot fault this company.
Orders are processed and delivered very quickly and efficiently.
The ordering experience is easy.
I also needed to make a change to one product on my recent order. I sent a message and the change was made within 10 min.

I made a trouble free order with ecigarettesworld.ie on a saturday & received the order on the tuesday, I only ordered 10 bottles of juice, it was all well packaged up & shipping was cheap, I'll definitely go back for more.

Product came quick and seems to be a good vape but unfortunately I did not receive my ejuce that was ment to come with my order as written in the product contents. I bought the ecig that came with 12ml bottle of ejuce. Mainly because money was tight and it was a good deal to start with but the vape arrived but no ejuces. after emailing the company twice with no reply it dosent look like I will be receiving the full order I paid for. But when I eventually get to get some ejuce I'll let everyone know about the vape quality make sure to double check you order on receipt of it

I was using this company for a few years, everything was good until I bought a faulty I stick. I sent a polite email explaining that it would not sit flush with the brand new nautilis that i bought with it, it would not even accept the adaptor - three weeks later and no response whatsoever. Surprise surprise, it stopped charging. I returned it, by tracked mail (a loss of another 8eu and enclosed a polite letter - still no response. I emailed them a week after stating that I know it was delivered etc and if i didn't get a response, then I would proceed with a chargeback. Eventually I got someone's attention - apparently I imagined it wasn't working and I 'misused' the charge point, voiding the warranty. Complete nonsense on both counts. Avoid this business unless you like getting ripped off. Customer service is appaling

I used the online store a number of times throughout the pandemic and found it to be a really fast efficient service every time.
Its pretty hard to get specific Liqua juices in most places, hence why I started ordering from eCigarette World, these guys always have full stock, and delivery is really fast. Would highly recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service, after raising issues of Nasty Juice Double apple sour liquid burning coils I was told cannot take returns no refunds. I had called the shop twice with no help on how to stop this. 3 emails raising a complaint no response. Called the shop pawned off to warehouse told its my problem what do you want us to do.

I’ve been using this company for quite some time and have spent a fair amount with them. My most recent order has been a nightmare, due to their complete lack of response. I was in my home office all day yesterday and was expecting the delivery early afternoon. I got the shock of my life when I received a text from DPD saying that I had received and signed for my package, I hadn’t! Nobody rang our doorbell or knocked on the door. Trying to get hold of anybody at DPD is a joke. As their system shows my package was delivered, it doesn’t allow you to do anything else.
I have emailed the info email address at ecigarettesword twice and also tried calling them, answering machine, even though their website says open to 4pm.
If this complete lack of response is how you treat a long term customer I will be going elsewhere.
They say the hardest customer to get is the one you lost.

This company are very fast at processing and delivery. Great variety of products.

Excellent Service - almost always next day delivery so very reliable. Sometimes a little difficult to reach customer service but they are very helpful. Items are very reasonably priced, good discounts and great loyalty scheme. Would recommend :)

Would not recommend this company to my enemy. If you have a problem in regards to a product just expect their "customer service team" to do absolutely nothing while taking the mick out of you in the process
