They billed me for a service I never subscribed to!

Completely opaque customer service, they never give you the name of the person you are dealing with. Regret now having wasted so much time trying to get them to explain or justify the spurious amounts they were charging to my account, should have just cancelled and walked away sooner. They clearly take advantage of the fact that they are billing for adult websites to rip people off and rely on them not making a bigger fuss. I am poorer but wiser.

Scam. I have asked at least 5 times for them to cancel my subscription and they do nothing everytime.

I was recently blocked and black listed by eplay because of payments that wasn't applied to my token total! I request refund through my bank account which is a charge backs. They didn't like that! C/S told me that I would have to reverse all charge backs to be remove blocked account. Echst.net is pushing this They overcharge or take your tokens !

All they do is keep charging your account. Don't ever give them your credit or debit card numbers.
To join their websites is confusing at the least and a scam at the worst.
There's plenty of free Porn on the internet.
Stay away from joining any porn website there is plenty of free websites.

I had a subscription that I cancelled, but the billing was done with ECHST. I was still charged the next month (despite cancelling the subscription), I went to ECHST and using their live chat asked the recurring charge be cancelled. They took care of it and refunded me the last charge as well. I sincerely appreciate the quick resolution to my issue.

About a month ago I was charged about $50 and I didn't know what for and the next day I was charged $50 again so when I figured out what for I cancelled my subscription and now a mo the after I've cancelled my subscription I've been charged again and I don't know how to stop it

Poor customer service, all their support was rude as hell, my card got charged I made a complaint and all they could say was my account got closed cause my ip was coming from Zambia..

Scammed and charged me four separate transactions amounting to over $150 - contacted them seeking clarity and they took forever to reply via customer support, then suggested it was from jerkmatelive (can't say i've visited that one) - going to the bank on monday to get a new card

Company is a billing service. They also take your card details and process fraudulent transactions

Echst.net paid £2.00 into my account. Why?

Don’t do it..wasn’t on the site more than 1 day, gave them my credit card infor. and didn’t do anything but look around..Two days later l saw a charge on my bank account(small one at first). Next day a larger one.. For what l don’t know. I went to that site quickly and close my account before things got out of hand…l won’t do that again.. Watch out…watch out for xxx site that carry that ECHST.NET as collectors

This is a billing company for multiple adult cam websites, where they are untruthful, screw up the billing and have terrible customer service. I've been a member of a particular website for years and ECHST.NET is the billing company. I have been eroneously charged on several occasions and on a large number of occasions, they charged the wrong card, even after initiating a new one. Upon contacting customer service, they simply tell me there is nothing they can do and that I should've contacted them. Well, they are either never available or super rude. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Find another cam site that uses another billing company. If you dispute, they try to threaten you with "legal" and/or "police" action, which is unlawful and their nature is super rude.

Scam company.
Called their support number multiple times, asking for details about the charges on my card. All 3 agents dropped my call without any notice without me saying anything foul (basically giving them reason to drop the call)
