Stay away.

My Echo Flask cap stopped holding pressure. Echo says the valve naturally “softens” over time and insists this is normal.

So I bought a brand new cap myself. It immediately held pressure again just like the original did when new. Three months later, it quit holding pressure too.

This isn’t about the release getting quieter. The cap quits holding pressure.

Calling that “softening” and claiming a pressurized hydrogen water bottle is still operating as designed is ridiculous.

I believed in Echo enough to preorder their new Echo Forty. I’ve canceled that order and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great concept. Friendly support staff. Terrible way to stand behind a product.

I was excited to try the Echo Flask, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. It worked fine for about a month, then the bottle cracked from what looks like a weak design. I contacted Echo Water expecting them to stand behind a $300 product, but they refused to honor the warranty. Spending that much money, I expected much better quality and customer service. Don't get fooled by the sleek marketing like I did. Before you buy, take a few minutes to read the Trustpilot reviews and decide for yourself.

Complete scam, They are unwilling to provide a return label for my order as well as cutting the call when calling their customer service. Fraudulent company

Day TWO & the Flask is INOPERABLE... stuck in a "Please upgrade" without ANY way to do ANYTHING. Officially a paperweight! Emailed multiple times without response yet so i will update since I'm NOT wasting $300, Was a cool idea prior, but the first 2 refills did NOT even register on the app. The touchscreen worked until it said to upgrade the software, then failed the upgrade 12 times so its unusable at this point!
UPDATE: their "Custo" is now playing games.. after an "APPROVED REFUND/EXCHANGE" its now been over a WEEK .. they just keep PLAYING GAMES NOT TO SEND A UNIT AFTER SEEING IT BROKEN SINCE DAY 2!!!

SEND THEUNIT OUT or EVERY consumer will know your HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

What a waste of money. I purchased the Echoflask and within a few months the screen cracks from their faulty design. Then their own warranty doesnt cover their cheap product. Don't end up like me and waste your money. There warranty will not cover when their product fails and you will lose your $300. It's not worth it

Purchased a Monument Eminence 425 and it arrived in a well packed 2-Carton set of large boxes.

I purchased this grill to replace a Weber LP grill that never really got that hot and I could not grill with an open lid because it really would not get hot otherwise. Chose the Eminence 425 in particular because it is advertised as heating up to + 700°F (many people claimed their grill easily heated up to 750°F) so I could sear well on the main grill’s grates rather than a sear zone side burner and have a normal side burner for cooking.

Instructions were straightforward, Assembly was easy but took a few hours because there were many parts/panels to assemble.

Unfortunately, when I lit it the grill would only reach a max. temperature of 610°F right off the bat and never got hotter even after a multiple regulator resets and a tank exchange (both tanks were full to begin with).

I called customer service after 4 days, failing every attempt to get beyond 610°F with all 4 burners on high, with the lid down and even waiting for 30+ minutes.

Wrote an email to Customer Service and they wrote back to refer me to a YouTube video on resetting a regulator. It obviously didn’t work so I called Monument’s Customer Service.

Got thru to Customer Service the 1st try and they escalated the problem after gathering info.

They set up a a phone meeting with Jose’, Senior Customer Service guy (I was told on their management team. At the end of the call Jose’ said the only thing he could think of doing in addition to resetting the regulator and tank was to replace the regulator. I asked him how often this happens and was told 1 in 2000. Also asked him what else it could be if new regulator did not work and was told he did not know. Jose’ sent me a new regulator that arrived in less than a week.

I Installed the new regulator and the grill only reached a max temp of 600°F. in many attempts.

I wrote an email to Customer Service with timed photographs of the grill’s thermometer every 5 minutes for 30 minutes and it only reached the temperature of 600°F., asking they get ahold of me.

I then called Monument’s Customer Service 4X only to be disconnected after a long hold each time.

I wrote Customer Service and asked them to contact me… that didn’t… So I called back and pressed the number for general questions. The girl on the other end apparently saw who I was from caller ID and even pulled up my emails and notes right off the bat without me even referring to them. I asked her to send a message to Jose’ to call me. They have not returned my call and I am into my 3rd day waiting.

I am thinking Customer Service must also have caller ID and hangs up to avoid talking to me when they see it is me.

Let’s see what their next step is… they still have a chance of redeeming themselves and Monument by helping me fix this problem or replacing my defective new grill.

Ordered 2 water flasks one arrived with a broken top, the lid pin was rattling around in the bottle. Whoever packed the bottle must have been asleep. Customer service very slow to respond so I requested a refund. Apparently the refund is being 'processed' and could take up to 10 days. 10 days to process a refund. How many readers would think that is reasonable?

I bought 3 echo go +. After about a few months, my bottle fell off the counter and cracked the bottle. I went to order another bottle, but they discontinued it, not going to make any more. They said i have to buy a new model full price. What a way to support your customers. Very Sad.

Turn and run from these thieves!!!! Their products are over priced and do not hold up. I spent over $500.00 with these people. Then, 2 years after you buy a product, Echo will send you an email stating: "Your Water Report is ready. We've analyzed the contaminants in your water and built a personalized report.... ...38 high health risk contaminants were found in your water." When you call them, they will say that is a sales email and that they never tested your water. They never tested your water. They're LYING AND GETTING YOU UPSET ENOUGH TO RESPOND. Then, when you call and complain about the lying email, they will hang up on you and not answer the phone anymore!!! If you do get through to someone, they will lie to you and say that you ordered a water report when you didn't and they will yell at you and hang up. These are scammers.

Purchased 2 echo flasks in 2025. One of them was DOA and not working. They replaced it. The other one has been working for roughly 6 months and then it stopped building pressure, which is required for the ionization process to work. Customer service continues to send me cookie cutter responses that the flask is working with little regard to my explanation that the cap is physically loose and there's no pressure building up. Don't waste your money with Echo. Buy the H2 tablets instead. At least then you'll know you're actually getting hydrogen water instead of getting gaslit that your broken device is working because there's bubbles.

I’m so happy with my ECHO hydrogen water system! I’ve noticed a real difference in my daily energy levels and overall wellness since I started using it. The quality is top-notch, and it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cellular difference!

I received an email from Echo Water on Friday offering 35% off sitewide with the code RESET35. The email was crystal clear: “No fine print. No hoops. No exclusions.” I tried the code, it failed, so I contacted customer service.
Marcos from the sales team replied that the Presidents’ Day promotion was “available to U.S. customers only” and offered me a pathetic 15% on the Echo Flask instead. When I pointed out that the email contained no mention whatsoever of any geographic restriction, he admitted the promotion had been sent to me by mistake and that the wording “no exclusions” was misleading. He then checked with his supervisor and confirmed they would not honour the 35% they had advertised to me.
For context, I had previously bought the earlier model via Healf in the UK and had to return both the original and the replacement because the cap developed blue mould. I had been waiting for a genuine promotion to try the new version, and this email made me ready to buy immediately.
Echo Water’s response? Refuse the deal they promoted, apologise for the “confusion,” and leave me with nothing. Sending a US-only offer to UK customers with language that explicitly says “no exclusions” is deceptive advertising, plain and simple. They should have honoured the 35% they promised. Instead they chose to protect their margins over basic honesty.
I will not be buying from Echo Water again. This experience has shown me exactly how the company treats customers outside the US when their own mistake is pointed out. Avoid them.

Not only can I feel a difference, I am finding myself wanting to drink water more often with the ECHO Flask and am not reaching for my afternoon energy drink as often as I had been doing. Highly recommend!

I bought this bottle at a Biohacking conference in the UK. It was very highly recommended at the event so I didn't do proper research and now deeply regret it. You can read the negative reviews here and on Healf.
It promises a lot but unfortunately my first bottle cracked. Then they sent me a new bottle - that was great customer service and I was impressed. But turns out I was probably just lucky to find that one person that was helpful. Because the second bottle they sent me is not charging properly and now the app is not working either.
And now I cannot get any help. Been trying for over 3 weeks. No one is replying to my emails - except for an automated "Did we solve your problem?". And no, you did not solve my problem at all. There was never even any attempt. I have even called them and was told I will get an email. Nothing.
Even if the product was great - which at this point I am highly doubting though it's hard to tell considering they sent me a faulty bottle - it would be pointless if their customer service is so abysmal. It's a very expensive bottle, one would really expect at least decent customer service.

BUYER BEWARE This was a $500AUD purchase and right now it feels very scammy!
Support is very frustrating, all AI. Zero chat response and some email response.
The app firmware update is stuck and the app won't work. Lots of email response about returning the echo flask but nothing on how to fix the problem. Also the charger is not compatible with Australian powerpoints. BUYER BEWARE

Can't get any help from customer support. E-mailed and customer support answered 2 days later with the same website link and video I had already watched, and told them I had already tried those options to get the flask lid open. So no help there. I called twice and was on hold for 10-15 minutes each time and then they send you to voicemail after making you sit on there for 10-15 minutes each time. No one has ever called me back and when I login to my account the phone call requests don't even shop up with a ticket, so I think they're just ignoring the voicemails. I've submitted a request for a return with refund but it shows they're only going to give me store credit and I don't want anything from this store at this point. I need a store that provides excellent products and support. This one does not.

I absolutely love my EchoH2O water flask. From the first time I used it, I could feel the difference. The water tastes cleaner, smoother, and somehow more refreshing than anything I’ve had from a regular bottle. It’s become a daily essential for me.

I bought the echo flask because I did comparison of the others and they seemed to have the most thorough quality check. It is an amazing bottle. no strange after taste, really clean water. I had an issue with my lid and customer service replaced it right away.

Paid $250+ for Echo Go+ in 2024. Failed after 1.5 years. Warranty covers only 75% in year 2 – I had to pay $81.25 plus shipping to Sweden. And the fine print? You only get one replacement ever. If that “replacement” (which could have been sitting on a shelf for years) fails, even after a week, you get nothing. Warranty is worthless.

They market a 5-year warranty, but it’s really: valid once, reduced by 25% each year, no resets unless you pay even more to “upgrade.”

Poor quality, hidden costs, misleading terms. In my view – a scam. Buy H2Tab instead.
