It’s a scam! My 80 year old mom booked a train ticket from this website and Amtrak had no record of the reservation. I called the number and the ‘manager’ said it was valid, and if my mom showed up at the station and they denied her boarding she could call them for a refund. Right. I told him I was aware they were committing fraud and he got quite hostile with me.

Everything fine.

We bought full insurance and when the windshield got damaged in Iceland, we were not reimbursed for the full amount, as they have a cap on their insurance payouts. Also, we had to fill out multiple forms and go through numerous calls/emails before we received our refund 45 days later.

Waited 23 days for a reply to a simple request, only to get no real answer and be left hoping my booking would work out. Zero urgency, zero reassurance — never using them again.

Il 27 giugno ho prenotato un albergo, per il mio compleanno. Peccato che alla struttura non è mai arrivata, o probabilmente non esisteva nemmeno. Peccato che Klarna abbia preso ugualmente i soldi e non mi rimborsa. Per carità è la seconda volta che ci casco. Mai più sti ladri

Le site ebooking.com est une copie conforme de Booking.com. Attention si vous placez Booking.com sur votre moteur de recherche, il vous propose en premier choix Ebooking.com. Comme l’interface graphique est identique à celle de booking.com vous pouvez facilement confondre et réserver sur ce site qui n’a visiblement pas bonne réputation. Je ne remercie pas Google d’être complice de cette entourloupe !

Plateforme téléphonique en anglais. Profite de la situation pour vous lire à vitesse rapide le contrat. pas d'annulation même si la location n'a pas eu lieu de leur faute car pas expressément écrit qu'il faut un billet d'avion pour prendre la location. Ils n'ont aucun frais suite à cela mais conserve votre argent au motif d'une clause abusive! Sauvez vous! ne réservez pas là bas !!

J’ai loué une voiture par l’intermédiaire de E-booking (fin juillet début août 2024) à la compagnie Firefly.
Le prix annoncé était de 345,97 € tout compris pour la semaine.
J’ai payé un acompte de 106,05 € à E-booking comme convenu et j’ai donc reçu un voucher à remettre au comptoir de Firefly de 239,92 €.
Pendant la location, je n’ai dépensé que 9,04 € de carburant, et pourtant Firefly a débité 467,30 € sur mon compte en banque.
J’ai donc essayé au moins de récupérer l’acompte versé à E-booking qui n’apparaît nulle part sur la facture du loueur et ils n’ont jamais répondu positivement à ma demande.
Au lieu de 345,97 € (+ le carburant) j’ai payé en tout 573,35 € (dont 9,04 € de carburant)

Absolutely not!
I rented a car through E-booking (late July/early August 2024) from Firefly.
The advertised price was €345.97 all inclusive for the week.
I paid a deposit of €106.05 to E-booking as agreed and therefore received a voucher to hand in at the Firefly counter for €239.92.
During the rental, I only spent €9.04 on fuel, yet Firefly debited €467.30 from my bank account.
I therefore tried to at least recover the deposit paid to E-booking, which appears nowhere on the rental company's invoice, and they never responded positively to my request.
Instead of €345.97 (+ fuel) I paid a total of €573.35 (including €9.04 fuel).
TOTAL FRAUD

Good prices - but BEWARE! - Full refund means "credit" on your E-bookings account - not a refund to your credit card! They hang on to your money and you are forced to re-book with them to get it back.
Also, if you pay for "Last Minute Cancellation" ($3.84 PER DAY!) - you do not get this back, even if you cancel weeks in advance!
These people are dishonest with their language - they bury the legal language for cancellation under several layers of bs. The should be more forthcoming.

Ich habe ein Hotel an der Ostsee gesucht und auch gebucht. Eine Buchungsbestätigung bekam ich nicht. Leider finde ich keine Möglichkeit die Reise zu stornieren. Es funktioniert nichts. Bestimmt werden sie von mir den Reisepreis fordern wollen.

Terrible experience. Daughter rented car. She arrived to pick up car and they would not give it to her since credit card was on my name. Told her she needed to cancel 48 hours prior. She just booked the car that day. Ebookings.com was the one who canceled her. We paid over $200. They provided NO service. Refused to refund any part of the money. Terrible customer service. Stay far away from this so called company. They steal hard working people's wages!!
