Support reached out to me within several hours of my problem. Issue was resolved in a couple of days

Love the overall experience at EBass Plus, from the resources to the community. Tons of lessons, videos, PDFs. A little trickier for the absolute beginner, as many lessons tend to "jump ahead" of my ability level. But it's excellent for the advanced beginner and intermediate. Great value, great support.

Clear, demonstrated instruction of an otherwise - in my experience - undiscussed aspect of bass line construction; this being something that I had never recognised as a simple progression in development and not actually demonstration of individual's genius.

I really enjoyed this online course largely due to its well-structured video modules. The contents were both engaging and easy to follow allowing me to progress at my own pace. I am glad I chose Ebass and I highly recommend it,

The lessons are practical and well presented. Customer support is second to none.

I was very impressed with the speed of the response I got when I reached out for support when I was having problems with a download. The download in question was even one they offered free and it was still of no trouble for them to help me. I am yet to subscribe to ebass lab so far, but now knowing how supportive they are gives me a lot of reassurance going forward.

James is a good teacher and he is creative in developing courses and videos for bass playing.

Good lessons, but man they are a spam machine. 5-6 emails daily....

James, through the webinar, was able to quickly reveal the level I was at in my bass playing and the area I needed to address to improve. It was very informative, and he was willing to take time to address questions and provide clear explanations to improve my understanding of bass playing—excellent webinar whether you join the ebass course or not. Well worth investing in the time to join him.

The instructors seem very knowledgeable and approachable, I look forward to learning from them

Had an issue accessing part of the course and an email to the support team was acted upon within minutes (and out of hours!) meaning I could carry on learning at my pace and at my time

Ebassguitar is simply a great site. I moved from Worship Drummer (after years) to bass guitar (no prior experience) The lessons are well designed and easy to follow. I can go back and review them as many times as I want. Customer service is outstanding. They are very responsive and resolve an issue quickly. In my case, there have only been two issues for customer service; they were both technical glitches that were easily resolved.

James' method is ideal for older learners no matter what stage you are at with your playing. His teaching is clear and well developed covering all aspects of the bass guitar from theory to technique, maintenance, equipment etc.
I find the courses to be reasonably priced and structured with the books being good value, there is also a wealth of free info and videos too.
There are no silly Insta/Facebook/Youtube presenter shenanigans either, just thoughtful and well presented.
If you are considering learning or improving your bass playing I strongly recommend having a good look at ebassguitar to see if it suits you, James and his team are always there to give you sound and unbiased support.

Good webinar about bass playing for older people. Highlighted the social aspect and the neuroplasticity that comes with learning an isntrument
