Amazing customer service!!!

The issue is with purchasing on the website. After purchasing on their so called secure website my card was hacked and I had to have it locked. I used a card I rarely use so this was the only purchase made on it in a long time. It was a few days after purchasing on their site. The product is okay. Don't think it was worth the money I spent, however, the issue is with my card being compromised. Thank goodness my bank caught it and called me.

While it is convenient and easy to install what I have notice since installing is there is some tangle which isn’t the biggest issue since it untangles easily, it’s the threading is noticeable especially if your hair is colored which mine is. I had high hopes for this hair based on some reviews because I didn’t read a lot it seems like most were 5 stars but the color of the hair and their hair was black. I wear my hair colored and ordered the copper however the threading is black which shows with the miracle knotless. I’m not happy with it! Unfortunately I may be stuck with this hair due to their return policy. I do NOT recommend this hair if you like color like me now if the threading changes to match the color then yes this would definitely be a good buy! The hair is soft, I do love that it’s human and reusable but it just didn’t work for me. Unfortunately I bought it for a trip and had to go with it due to time.

Update: I reached out to customer service due to the issues still waiting to hear back. I returned from my trip which means I wore this hair for about 5 days and for it to be “human hair” it itches badly and at first glance it easy to untangle I found that that isn’t entirely true, the shedding is horrible! I could deal with minimal shedding but that’s not the case, it sheds when detangling, it sheds when even trying to style it. I purchased human hair because my head is sensitive but if I’m gone deal with it itching my scalp I might as well pay less for synthetic blend hair! I am waiting to see exactly how customer service will rectify this but I will update my review!

Will NEVER use this company again. I ordered on May 2nd. For a hair appt on May 16th. Thought that might be enough time to ship but they did not give an estimated delivery date so I shld hv known better. It said 1-3 business days to process then it would be shipped and tracking info would be received. On 3rd business day which was May 6th I followed up to check bc no tracking was received. The lady "Luna" responded with it was shipped on its way to CA already and would be delivered to me within 2 days after it left CA. I would get tracking when in CA. On May 11 still no tracking info so I requested a cancelation at this point bc I need hair in 4 days.... Luna lied and said it was sent to CA on May 7th...mind you when we corresponded on May 6th she said it was en route then so she LIED. I asked for tracking info or proof it was sent. NOTHING.... They REFUSED to cancel my order even though it was NOT in route to me!! I went to the website to try to track it and got confirmation that it was NOT SHIPPED... I filled out a form to cancel it AND tried reaching an agent. They do not answer the phone and no agent ever got on the chat! On their site it says you can cancel an order if it has not shipped but they refused to do so and mind you I have a hair appt in a cpl days and need hair asap and im fighting with this company to get my money back bc they clearly have not shipped the order to me and its been 10 days at this point. I screen shot all the proof the order wasnt sent and they refused my cancelation and gave it to my bank to dispute cause I dont have time. This is BS...Idk what quality the hair is but customer service sucks and they do not follow their own guidelines. Do yourself a favor and avoid them because they will avoid YOU and lie to you if you have a problem!

I feel like the purchase is a fraud because the amount that you get cannot do an entire head put together a whole head of a package that can do an entire head. People shouldn’t have to purchase three different to get a complete hairdo

I spent a lot of time researching different vendors and textures. It was only after interacting with their customer service in real time that I was able to decide to purchase. They answered all of my questions. Even with the time zone gap they always got back to me in a timely manner. They also kept me in the loop on my order which shipped super fast. I already returned to make another purchase. 5 star customer service! Haven’t worn the hair yet but I’ve received the first order, washed it and it feels great.

While the hair was soft with a beautiful curl pattern, it had an eggy smell. I shampooed the hair in cool water and let it air dry. After it was dry, it still had a slight eggy smell but I assumed it would go away as it aired out more.

I installed the hair and after 7 days, these are the issues:
• Terrible reaction on the scalp: itching, soreness, flakes
• There is a hard non-flexible plastic piece in the area where the hair connects to the string. This makes the crochet method incredibly difficult
• Eggy smell that will not go away
• Curls flattened out and did not retain shape after spraying with water
• Hair thinning on the ends

The hair had to be removed after 7 days and the scalp had to be treated with medicine to help with itching and flakes.

I was able to see additional reviews from customers on Instagram and Youtube who stated they had similar issues with this hair, which means your company has known about these issues.

I hope your company does a thorough review of your product and makes the necessary changes.

Great quality hair, however, some of the hair was tangled together and hard to separate.

I contacted Eayon Hair via email to see if I could recieve expedited shipping after I had already placed my order. They responded to me promptly & worked out a way that I can get the hair I ordered in time for my appointment next week. Rose was very efficient & helpful throughout this entire process. I will definitely be recommending my friends to also buy from this company.
