Very Quick response. Fedex delivered to the wrong address and couldn't recover my package. I reached out and they were able to get the situation rectified and a new order sent out within 48 hours. I loved the customer service and can't wait to get the hair!

No hassle, great product & a fast delivery! I use loose deep wave human crochet hair . Easy to install. Takes my stylist 2 hours, including the braid down of my hair! The hair is so soft & feels so natural. I love this hair!

Installed Twice Really Nice-Follow Up Review
So, I left a review back in June, and this is a follow-up on the same hair I purchased, dyed, and installed for vacation. If you were wondering about the quality—AMAZING! 😍 I was able to reinstall it beautifully, and it was still super soft to the touch before I added the curls back in. Smooth Resolution of Order & Return Issue
The team member initially assisted me with a return. I then explained that I had another bundle of hair on order that was still processing, and I needed it in time for my daughter’s hair appointment this weekend because this is for the first day of her Senior year. The team member suggested switching to a different type of hair to ensure delivery by Friday. I agreed, and the resolution was handled efficiently and professionally.

Premium pricing but is mediocre at best
The hair quality is extremely disappointing. It feels rough and dry, with visible split ends, and has a very strong formaldehyde-like chemical smell. The hair cuticles also seem badly damaged, because the strands begin matting together and forming dreadlock-like tangles as soon as the hair dries. This makes it almost impossible to detangle, maintain, or care for properly.
I have been investing in and wearing hair extensions for over 10 years, and this has been my worst experience so far. I would not recommend spending your money on a product that is priced as premium but is mediocre at best.

lying, dishonest company!
can’t speak to the hair but they are a terrible company, with even worse customer service. long story short:
- ordered feather crochet bundles
- fedex had the wrong delivery address (it said apt. 111,1 instead of 1111)
- my package got delivered to the wrong address
- they refused to give me a refund for two months even after sending evidence
- lied and gave fake evidence to discover when i filed my chargeback, saying i never reached out to them. discover (another terrible company) did not honor my dispute
- finally agreed to give me a refund when i said i would sue, but said they can’t cause my “chargeback hasn’t been closed” (another lie — Discover had let me know it had been closed, and what company takes 75 days to close a chargeback?)
- they kept lying for another month and stopped replying to my emails
even if their hair quality was the best ever, i wouldn’t trust a company like this. save your money.
