Waste of time
Waste of time, they say you will get your result in 2 to 5 days, but is
gonna take more than a week, I was asking help from their customer service, but they are not really helpful. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

The first appointment I made was…
The first appointment I made was cancelled 20 minutes prior and was rebooked for the following day when I wasn't available. I made another appointment and was given a different time than I booked. It wasn't clear anywhere that the test was being done by Randox with no explanation that this was inside a John Lewis. I rang to confirm and no one answered. I was asked to fill in a pre questionnaire... And then was sent the same one saying it had to be filled in no more than 2 hours before. 4 attempts and 2 people to get blood (both of which were great, no blame on them at all). Hoping results will come with no problems.

We understand how frustrating it can be when appointments don’t go as planned. Our scheduling is based on clinic availability, and unfortunately, we are unable to accept same-day bookings — a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to ensure proper preparation and staffing.
Regarding the blood draw attempts, we truly appreciate your understanding. The number of attempts can vary depending on individual factors such as hydration levels, vein accessibility, and other personal circumstances. We're glad to hear our phlebotomists provided great care throughout.
We also acknowledge the confusion around the location and provider. We’ll be reviewing how this information is communicated to make it clearer for future patients.

The experience was fine except the CLINIC is called Randox Health (great Portland rd) so though the postcode leads there it’s not so clear that this is the easy medical place I booked with. Then the girl inside didn’t know what easy medical was - until she looked on the computer n saw that I was booked

Very good experience
Very quick, easy and inexpensive testing process compared to other quotes I had for the same test (10 panel urine drug screen). Results were received within 3 working days. There was also an issue on the website when booking the test which was fixed very quickly (could only book the test with phlebotomy. I phoned and they altered the site so I could book the test without phlebotomy). Again, very professional, handled quickly, highly recommend.
