Hi Edan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as well as discuss your order experience further with us.
Once again, I do sincerely apologise for the delivery issue that had occurred for your Pull Up Banner. However, we were happy to have the cost of this item refunded to you in full, as well as arrange for all future orders to go out with an alternate courier.
I also truly appreciate you offering to delete this review for us. I'm sorry that Trustpilot wasn't able to assist further in getting this removed!
However, for future orders I do hope that the products you do receive are up to our usual 5-star standard!
Kind regards,
Andrew

Perfect banner! Just what we needed.
looks great
These Luxury pull up banners are amazing and much better than other banners we've purchased previously from other suppliers. They are sturdy and fantastic quality. We will be ordering them again.
Still waiting for them to arrive. :-(
Easy to assemble, colours great.
