have been using wepark4u for over 14 years. I visit my elderly father living on Alderney at least 4 times a year and always park with them. Flights to and from Alderney are often cancelled at short notice due to fog or bad weather. They always fit in with the new schedule even if I have been waiting at the airport for a break in the fog.. They are very rarely late with the car collection and return.
I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

I have appealed re Parking Charge I have received. My appeal was rejected even if I was feeling unwell whilst pregnant. The Car was not parked but engine light was still on with someone in the car. Duration of car in that location was from 18.06 to 18.11 (5 mins). I have not received any original email to say my appeal was rejected instead the case was forwarded straight to TNC debt collectors? I feel like this is unfair that I have to pay a parking fine due to a medical reason.

We always book with hunters at Manchester through ezybook and never had any issues at , very pleased with staff and car always ready when we return. We had to change our car at last minute as we broke down in original car and wasn't a problem at all, pick u and drop very quick and drivers love to chat about the holiday

Returned from a cruise to find car damaged and undriveable. The company owner Alan Naylor tried to blame it on us saying the car arrive like that. He left us stranded at Southampton docks for 5 hours, we had to use our own insurance to get home. He was rude and abusive, said he was too busy to deal with us. Would not help the police with their enquiries and was uninsured. Do not use this company or any of the others run by this man.

I booked with this company but subsequently cancelled booking. Had paid extra in case of cancellation.
I requested refund on 4 Nov but still waiting to be paid 8 weeks later. In my opinion they are unreliable and not to be trusted.
I would avoid this company at all costs.

I booked a weeks parking at Southampton port. I was informed by Ezyparking (also known as easysecureairportparking.co.uk) to drop my car and keys off at the short stay car park. A week following my return home I received a £100 fine from Parking eye. I contacted Ezyparking about the fine when I was told by Alan the manager the fine was all my fault as I shouldn't have appealed the fine!! Roll forward a few weeks and again another £100 fine from parkingeye. This time from the drop off of the car. I again contacted Alan and asked him to sort out this fine for me (seeing as I am not allowed to appeal the fine)! I asked him to inform me when it was sorted as he had not sorted the previous one. Several emails and a phone call later I got through where I was immediately verbally abused by the manager Alan who was screaming down the phone to me telling me he had hundreds of these fines to sort out. He then had the audacity to tell me I was abusive (I wasnt) and slammed down the phone. Now I'm left trying to sort this issue out through Consumerdirect. Looking at the history of this company it was taken to court and fined last year for breaching consumer protection legislation.Absolutely disgraceful company

I returned from holiday only to find four people sitting in my car. Complete strangers. I asked them who they were and immediately got them to leave my car. They were so embarrassed. They were told by the company they could use my car as a waiting room.
I called the manager Alan to voice my concerns. He spoke over me shouting and verbally abusing me telling me I was a disgusting human being for not letting people use my car!!!
I reminded him that I paid for a service and not for my vehicle to be used by their company as a public waiting room by complete strangers. But he continued to shout and be rude.
I will never used this company again. I had had coins missing from my centre console that I didn’t realise at the time.
Terrible service, terrible attitude

Accepted order and payment for a product they didn't offer only discovered on the day of departure. Promised refund never appeared over 8/9 weeks despite calls and daily emails (as advised by bank), thankfully I had paid by credit card and my bank were able to refund the full charge. Family member who placed the order for some reason did not read any reviews, had they done so this order this order would never have been placed.

This is a great place to park your car. The customer service is great and the parking attendants are very friendly.

Have used the service several times both for the airport and for the cruise port. Very pleased with the service I received which was a good price for meet and greet and made for an easy start and end to my journey.. Will use again and would recommend.
