Easy paisa helpline service are worst

Easy paisa service and not good . Whenever you want their service through helpline they don't pick call . I was calling since last 4 to 5 hours they are not picking my all . In all these calls I spend more then Rs 500 balance . Their helpline I not free . They deduce 4rupes/mint such a bulshit system

Easypaisa is the Most Corrupted Wallet

Easypaisa is the Most Corrupted, Scamn and Stealing Mobile Wallet company in Pakistan as they have just stolen my thousands of rupees out of my account openly and blatantly. Reason for this post is to show whole world the ugly anb real face of Easypaisa. On top, when I tried to get transaction record, they refused by pushing me to call their so called customer service which cost Rs.5–7 a minute. Specially 1st3–5 minutes , they waste customer time on answering recorded mesage and making you press various numbers, then if suport personal do come alive answering, they happen to be incompetent, uncivilized and uncooperative. Amazingly, as Pakistanis and their own customers as real assets, why do we have to pay for getting help on our account? All over the world, customer service is fully free to contact in any circumstance specially to mobile network companies because it cost them nothing for receving calls. Therefore, please, share this hight alert message as much as you can! Sharing your experience on social media and consumer forums can help raise awareness and force these dishonest mobile companies in Pakistan to treat us as citizens of Pakistan honestly and properly!

Easypaisa scamming innocent peple.

I got my account debit locked because of a suspicious transaction in my account because of on chain dispute. First of all, I connected helpline and they asked me to submit documents that i did instantly and they promised to reply within 24-48 hours. When 48 hours are passed i again connected easypaisa helpline and they're saying that wait again for 48 hours just to get a reply from social team. So I'll never recommend anyone to open account with this bank even I'll discourage everyone for doing so. My complete amount in easypaisa is locked just because of this small transaction that is because of on chain issues. So stay away from such frauds. Literally I've seen many people going through the same issue.

They are such a *** company. Firstly my father upgraded his account from level 1 to increase his limit they said it will take 2 days now they didn't told the issue instead they sent a message " your complaint is registered it will take time till 4th September" like seriously!! how am I going to manage the money which is there. And secondly there's my account I receive the amount of 2700 from my fellow and they claim that it was the money of fraud how the hell can 2700 be fraud and how do you know its not 27k or 27M or even 2lac its just 2700. and they are asking for evidence written with signature I am not in any kind of business how can I tell show that why he sent that.

My Experience with the Easypaisa App – Why I’ve Decided to Stop Using It

I want to share my personal experience with the Easypaisa app, which led me to the decision that I will no longer use it.

The First Incident:
This happened around November when I changed my phone. I tried to log in to the Easypaisa app on the new device, but it just wouldn’t work. The app wouldn't authenticate or verify, and this wasn’t just my issue—many users were facing the same problem. When I contacted Telenor Easypaisa support, they told me it wasn’t their responsibility and referred me to a franchise. When I went to the franchise, they told me to go to the bank instead, saying it wasn’t their job either. Neither provided any help. Even local mobile shops couldn’t resolve the issue.

When I called the Easypaisa helpline, they picked up the first time, listened to the issue, and then disconnected the call. After that, my number was seemingly blocked or ignored for a week. Every time I called, it was busy. After several months, I randomly tried again—and somehow, the app logged in successfully. But overall, this was my first bad experience with Easypaisa.

The Second Incident:
A few months later, I received a call from an official Easypaisa number (0347…). Their representative misguided me into activating a service called "Webdoc Health Insurance" without clear explanation. As a result, Rs. 1,000 was deducted from my account. Upon investigating, I found out this was actually a scam, even though it came from an official Easypaisa number.

Normally, when there is a mobile package offer, the user receives a detailed message and decides whether to activate it. But in this case, there was no message, no written confirmation—nothing. After the insurance was activated, there was still no message from the company, which clearly shows they are doing this fraudulently even from their official channels.

When I called the helpline again to deactivate the insurance and request a refund, they listened briefly and then cut the call. When I tried again, they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes before disconnecting without answering.

From these experiences, I realized that Easypaisa is engaging in fraudulent practices, and they offer no proper customer support. Therefore, I have permanently decided to stop using the Easypaisa app, and I urge everyone to do the same. If you ever get stuck with any issue on Easypaisa, don't expect any real help from their helpline or support team

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, they have deducted 700 rupees without my consent and now it’s been 37 minutes am on hold and writing this review.

Their license should be suspended, I would humbly request all the customers to avoid using their services, they are just frauds stealing monies and zero client support..

Worst customer support service

Worst customer support service, they are never available for calls on helpline, i have been waiting on call for the representative for 30 minutes but no one was there, pathetic service. Why don't you just get banned by the government. And again easy paisa customer service is JUST LOWER THAN PATHETIC.
