Cost is increasing again and again, I stop using the apps

Great task & project manager. Business accounts (paid) unlock features and apps for detailed scheduling and emailing which helps to keep track of tasks on a more detailed level. Notes and checklists are very easy to make and edit both on the web & app-based interface.

Based on purely the product alone, I'd give it 5 stars. If you're a group/team of less than 5 people, I'd advise you to be extra careful with the pricing of your subscription if you go for Business. My subscription was changed from 1 person to 5 people's worth after a year of using, so I paid for 5 people even though I'm the only one using it. The notice for this change was posted on their blog. Stick with the Free account to avoid this.

Easynote really keeps it simple. I was able to easily distribute tasks to my project team and set deadlines. Also really loving the new features that they keep adding!

Can't fault it. It's not very complicated but that's deliberately done to make it easy to use. Perfect for me and a buddy to make a development notes system between us for a game we're creating. We'll use it for further projects, especially if it stays free.

We just started using this tool for our daily tasks, which we found very easy and helpful for our day to day tasks. There are various functions which are very good, such as linking of tasks, creation of different folders per project etc. However the best part of it is they listen to customer's feedback and try to improve it in no time, So I really do recommend this to anyone who needs to manage there work properly.

Easy Note is a simple Online Task and event manager. and it's extremely simple and intuitive user interface to manage your tasks. I highly recommend it to any one with a busy schedule.

I am using Easynote since a while, found it on a webpage about free task managers.

I use it everyday, it is simple, a lot of functions that i feel are useful. Of course there is some stuff missing. But the best part with Easynote, is that they listen to their users and so far have implemented a lot of new features that the users want, not what their own interests are. This is also why i give them a 5 star rating.

This free task manager is as good as many paid ones. They are constantly working to update the app & take feedback very well. It's obviously got some room for improvement but I can tell that they are working hard in order to constantly make things better

As a project manager I have been working with "simple" to-do list tools as well as more complex project management tools. And the accomplishment to create something right in between with so much simplicity is astonishing. Well done easynote!
