I rented a one bed flat with my partner for 2 years, it was a good 2 years. About a month before I was due to move out the managment team carries a pre check out and provided me with a list of works that I could be held responding solve for which could result in deductions from my deposit. This gave me plenty of time to have the remedial works carried out and as a result I got all my deposit back. I was sent a introductory pre-call text as soon as I booked a valuation, followed by a pre-call to understand my circumstances moving forward, which I thought was very thoughtful and considerate. As soon as my property came onto the market, Easymove seamlessly dealt with viewings, offers and all negotiations and achieved above asking price which I was extremely impressed with.
