Easy professional company to deal with. I placed an order then my plans changed and didn't need the item. As it hadn't been dispatched they cancelled the order and refunded me straight away, no fuss whatsoever. Many thanks.

Ordered product a week ago and still haven’t received it. When I placed order it said delivery by 30-12-25. No communication, poor service received.

You placed your order during Christmas shut down while we were closed. We had our Christmas opening hours on hour delivery info page, shipping page, social media etc.
We don't have any system that estimates delivery dates or gives messages like "delivery by 30-12-25", so I am wondering if perhaps you've mixed us up with someone else?
