I used the message contact first and this was very good to use. As I thought I needed the membrane early, Easymerchant contacted their despatch department and they actually pushed the order through quickly. Very impressed with their service and delivery. The Geotextile membrane is very good quality .

Taking orders over the phone would help…
Taking orders over the phone would help us dyslexic members of society, it would easier than using websites to be honest, even though I am computer savy ,I still need to ensure that I get right first time.

Yes, sadly we couldn't fulfil this order. As explained we were showing as in stock when it actually wasn't
You have received a full refund, as well as an apology.
Sadly, no matter how hard you try, sometimes something will go wrong.
I am not sure how this deserves a 1* review. I'd have thought you'd reserve that for people who keep your money and don't send the item. Not those who are honest and refund you in full with an apology.
