I ordered a pack of 28 assorted Fortijuice, at a total cost of just under £75 (inc. delivery), for my elderly Mother. Delivery was within a few days. I took the box to my Mother’s to open, and discovered 28 bottles of all one flavour. I sent an email saying I was not happy, and requested some bottles of other flavours as samples, and compensation for the inconvenience. I received a note of apology from Amar, (who I believe is a director of the company), and a request for a photograph of the bottles as he obviously didn’t believe me. This had to wait a few days until I returned to my Mother’s, but I sent the photos. Not sure why they wanted the photo as I have received nothing back from them, other than a sorry and they will take it up with the packing team. You didn’t mention my request….you could have just said no, at least that would have been an acknowledgement. I did also ask how to ensure I would get an assorted box should I reorder, but no mention has been made of that. They just asked if I wanted to send them back! For all reasons of practicality, I declined their offer. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this company again, and have ordered from elsewhere at a slightly higher cost. You asked me to wait to do the review until my issue had been resolved. I have not heard from you for 9 days, so I guess as far as you are concerned the issue is resolved. I am still an unhappy customer, and very disappointed.

The delivery service was good, but I was very disappointed that the brand I had ordered specifically was substituted with a different one. I had seen this on another website cheaper. Will not use Easymeds again.

Order was processed quickly and arrived with no delay by Royal Mail who are always reliable.

Waited 5 days for my medication to be posted after paying for quick delivery to get an email 6 days later stating that they do not have the medication in stock. Won’t order from this company again.

Disgusted with this company. Took my money, said they had despatched the item, then after waiting several days I checked. Royal mail had not received item. I got back to EM... It was out of stock and they hadn't even bothered to tell me. But they sure took my money. Now they're not responding when I want my money back. Scammers. Fuming. Edit: they have still not refunded me, have sent me an abusive email and when I've replied they've blocked my account. I am now having to do a charge back.

Great service and reasonable prices too. I ordered what I needed and it arrived quickly and didn't have such a high price tag which in the current cost of living crisis is very much welcomed.

Large range of products, affordable prices(which matters when your on a pension), cheap & quick delivery, great customer after-sales service. What more can I say!

By sending my package to be 'signed for' & 'not to leave it in a safe place', was quite ridiculous & caused me considerable inconvenience, especially as this was not the MO I requested when placing my order.

Dont wate your time! Purchased exactly what was advertised, paid more than normal, and paid for postage, was looking forward to using it.
Then to find I've got a full refund and no meds on the way, its false advertising, not flipping happy at all.
