I found using Easyflowers just that, easy. I found the flowers I wanted to send, the process was easy to use, and the flowers were delivered the next day. I was also told via an email that the flowers had been delivered which I appreciated.

10/10! From the online ordering to the delivery! This was seamless and so easy. The flowers arrived so fresh and beautiful, even though a few flower options were not available the florist made sure to still provide a beautiful replacement without changing the overall look. Issue with unprofessional receipts
Flowers were lovely, delivery was excellent however NOTE: they leave your personal message on the Tax Invoice. We send a large number of flowers to our staff for birthdays, deaths, births, marriages etc.. If you are a company and submitting receipts to accounts depts for reimbursements you don't need the message on the receipt for everyone in Accounts depts to read.

Website was easy to navigate and the whole process was easy. Living in NZ and sending flowers to Australia was a bit nerve-wracking, as you never know what the recipient will receive, but I would not hesitate to use EasyFlowers again

I have been using easy flowers for years and the service is incredible. My last delivery I ordered on behalf of a client and there were some incorrect delivery
information given to me which I incorrectly then passed on to easy flowers . But no problem they got it sorted ( even when it waa my error ) and promptly re delivered. The flowers are always incredible quality as well . Thank

Easy Flowers are too easy with their flowers
If disappointment could be arranged in a vase, EasyFlowers nailed it.
I ordered a lush, beautiful bouquet for my sister’s birthday. What she received looked like someone had sprinted through a petrol station, grabbed a handful of leftovers, and jammed them in a jar. Honestly, I’ve seen better bouquets at funerals.
When I complained, they offered me a $30 voucher (so I can be disappointed again) or a $14 refund — which wouldn’t even buy me a bunch of wilted parsley at Woolies. I even generously suggested we split the difference with a 50% refund, but apparently customer satisfaction is harder to come by than fresh flowers here.
So, if you’re looking for a fun way to turn your heartfelt gesture into a sad game of “spot the difference,” EasyFlowers has you covered. If you want what you actually ordered? Best of luck. 🌸💀

AVOID THIS PLACE! Never delivered order even after notification that is was delivered.
Payed $150 for flowers, chocolate, a simple card and fast delivery and the order was never received!
The purchase is for my best friend after her nana JUST died and this place just takes money and doesn’t deliver?!
Says that it was delivered yesterday arvo but I never heard from my friend so I checked in and she said they never got them!
When I tried to contact them via phone it just goes to their after hours automated message service and they have not responded online either. This was a horrible experience! I’m so upset by this.
Avoid this place and save yourself money.
