I use this group for every special reason I want to send beautiful flowers or hampers to my daughter as I am in the US!❤️

Spent $300 on flowers inc delivery for Valentine’s Day. Waited all day but site said could be as late as 7pm. It’s now 730 and no flowers. No gift for the wife but I received mine from her purchased through a different company. No call or email, just silence. Beware. Order WL2CC

absolute rubbish website. we spent 1.5 hours trying to make a sympathy bouquet purchase. we could not get past the card writing part. we registered an account and tried, we logged out and back in, we tried on different computers. and the best part - there's no contact!! you can't ask a question online, you can't ask via email, you can't ring, there's no troubleshooting for their website not responding. DO NOT bother with this website. after all the frustrations, we went to Interflora website, ordered some beautiful sympathy flowers, registered an account, paid and was done in 12 min!! Interflora website were so professional.

I received a $30 voucher from easyflowers after a few months from ordering. I thought why not send some just for joy not an occasion… it ended up being such a blessing in disguise as my person had received some not so great news a few days before (that she hadn’t told anyone about yet) and she was over joyed! Send flowers for no reason, sometimes there is a reason. Thank you Easyflowers 💕💕

Am very sad, that i processed an order 4 days ago and first they don’t have exact flowers I choose then they said we have exchanged it, it was totally fine and i pay for express delivery then i got a delivery date which the parcel
Got misplaced, which is courier company fault but they did not provide me any information about loosing the parcel and gave me refund!! I want you too tell that
If you ordering stuff please ask them if it’s gonna deliver on the ryt day and not gonna refund you without asking you!! Is that a joke?

I have ordered a flower bouquet for my sister. I was very disappointed when it was delivered. I cannot believe how small it is. I paid £66.19 for a middium size bouquet. It turned up with two chrysanthemums, 5 small white roses/tree are not fresh and three small other flowers which I do not know the name. The arrangement is not good at all. A bunch of flowers like this including arrangement cost may be worth £20. But I was charged £66.19. Great disappointment!

I ordered from easy flowers and before I did i checked if they delivered to my area which was a yes. Now they tell me they don't deliver to my area and I have to wait days for my money to be returned

My beautiful girlfriend is going to miss out on her valentines gifts because I don't have any more money to get her something before the day. Quick to get your money but takes days to get it back
I definitely would not recommend to anyone

I live in Scotland and the flowers I ordered were delivered to Callington exactly on time. My friend who hasn't been very well was absolutely delighted with the bouquet and it really raised her spirits. I will use Easyflowers the next time I have to send flowers to friends in Oz, because I'm so pleased with the service I received.

A terrible site to navigate.
No phone number anywhere.
They are not a florist - they are a third party organisation that sends your order to a florist.
On phoning to find out the status of the order (no text message to keep customer informed), they do not know and will not reveal the florist they sent the order to.
False advertising - there's a DEAL offer but doesn't appear as a discount when going to pay. Quite expensive for what it is.

There's no texts to say the order has been fulfilled, no text to say its on is way, no photo to show you what they did with your money.

Terrible business, I wouldn't use them again.

I have purchased easy flowers quite a few times and I must say every time perfect. My last experience not so good ,I have to say the company Easy Flowers are not to blame it was the florist that for filled the order (Clara)
The arrangement was very disappointing to say the least then they had the hide to offer refund me $24.95. The amount I paid was $131.00 I didn’t want a refund I just wanted what I ordered or something that resembles the original that didn’t happen. I purchased Clara on the 14/01/26 was perfect this time far from it . I hope Easy Flowers speak with the offending Florist

The flowers were beautiful and they were delivered so fast! I will definitely be using EasyFlowers again the next time I need to order flowers!

I would rate it a 0 if I could. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and I made sure they knew to personally hand them off to her. They told me "yep we got it." My daughter is employed on the 7th floor of a building. Anyway to cut this long story short I received an e-mail stating the flowers were delivered. Good deal. I then called my daughter and wished her happy birthday and asked if she liked the flowers? She replied "what flowers dad?" I am really disappointed because they messed up my ultimate birthday surprise and failed to do their job. At least for me never again from this company.

The whole process was easy and the flowers were gorgeous!

Not happy at all got a message saying delivered to my mum I rang mum and said nothing here two people were home turns out they left them
Out on street out front of the 3 foot high fence with a opening gate never yelled out never called never went in just left them
In the sun out front street withering away and for someone to just pick up won’t use again pay 130 dollars for that disappointed

I always use EasyFlowers as they have fresh flowers delivered, beautifully presented and very easy to communicate with and privacy is utmost.
