ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Do not use.

I've never written a review before but I was so outraged by the service provided I couldn't help it.

Had called to have a plumber round to give a quote to fix a leaking pipe. The plumber couldn't give a quote but began fixing it anyway, not expecting it to cost an arm and a leg. I had said over the phone it was not an urgent problem, but I was still charged for emergency services which cost me nearly £300 (over 3x as much as other companies had given a rough estimate for non-emergency). Not only that be he didn't even fix the part of the ceiling that he cut away to get to the pipe!! Now there's just a hole in the ceiling!!

Argued a lot with them, they agreed to give 30% of total cost back as "gesture of good will" then have been ignoring me ever since I accepted it!

Although the plumber was great, my elderly parents ended up paying three times! When I contacted the company several times by phone and emails, they ignored me.
This is a hugely dishonest company with no integrity whatsoever. Avoid.

DO NOT USE. This is a scam company.

The was only at the house for 15 minutes, he didn't fix the problem in fact he made it worse, charged us £200 and now wont answer our calls or messages.

These are lowlife fraudsters, nothing more.

My son bust a pipe whilst sticking a screw in the wall whilst sticking a portrait up and the water would not stop pouring out.
We called on Easy Fixit who had A lovely engineer called Imran out at 9:30pm same evening. problem solved just need to make sure my son pays for it now!!!

No hot water and slow heating had engineer out who came and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my boiler.
Engineer Mohammed changed the part for me same day late evening and everything is working as promised.

Highly recommended. Good service. Can be trusted.

Difficult leak to find, came back and sorted the problem. Mike is a very pleasant plumber.

A very good service. My overflow pipe was leaking and Mike came and assessed the situation and explained clearly what the problem was and how it was going to be fixed. Mike was very friendly and efficient.

Washing machine installation today at a really good price and even though engineer was 10 mins late he did a brilliant job.

We we're kept informed about what was going on,very helpful and customer friendly was excellent during a tough time.

FOR SIMPLE MOTO MOBILE CHARGING PORT THEY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME . NOT PUNCTUAL ON DELIVERY , TAKES TOO MUCH TIME .

Don't trust this company ! They didn't arrive until four hours after they said they would. Didn't fix the small leak, even asked me if I had a screw driver ! They eventually came back the next day, spent two mins putting plumbing tape on the pipe and then charged nearly £300 ! I have emailed them so many times to no avail. I have also reported them to Trading Standards ! Be warned !!

I called them for an emergency plumber when we had a leak coming through the ceiling. Guy quoted between £195 and £245 on the phone. Plumber turned up pretty quickly and found the leak . Total time here was 1.5 hours. then charged more than £600 and £39.99 for a plastic elbow joint worth a couple of pounds. They did the job but left an extremely bad taste on the invoicing

Do not use this company.

Like other actual customers providing reviews on here (and not laughably fake reviews), they have overcharged me by hundreds of pounds and stonewalled any contact made to seek justification for the price they have charged. they have taken multiple payments over a course of days.

Emails and letters have gone unanswered for months. The customer care team cannot be contacted, the people who answer the phone just tell you to email, and then no email response is ever made. The registered address on Mosley Street Manchester return-to-senders any and all post sent to it. Judge for yourself what all that means...

I have also reported the company to the police as advised by another reviewer. I would recommend anyone else unfortunate enough to suffer this poor outfit to contact your bank or credit card company immediately to recall the payments, and also contact the police 101 number.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS "COMPANY".
I phoned them for a boiler repair.
They claim to need your card details for security before booking you an appointment saying NO MONEY to be taken out - The site looked genuine and I fell for it. You then wait for a call to arrange a time from someone.
This "individual" goes by the name of ADAM and on the phone is very pleasant and "claims" to know what "he" is doing. DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR CARD DETAILS. "It" claims to need your bank info for security and prevent double booking. Again very pleasant on the phone - Foolishly I fell for this nice attitude.
The Next day £350 was taken out of my bank. No one came to fix my boiler nor did I agree to anything.
Refused to answer my calls and email and sent me sarcastic text messages with foul language - all of which I have recorded and backed up. Also threatened to sue me if I try and warn others on here - REALLY !!! - again all his texts recorded and saved.
Reported to the Police and Fraud prevention and they have been fantastic.
I have had to back up CCTV home footage to prove I had no call out and keep phone logs/texts as proof requested by the Police.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS. I have been very lucky Police/Bank have been very kind to me.

IF YOU STILL HAVE DOUBT ASK YOURSELF THIS -
Would you leave your house with front door wide open ? NO !
KEEP YOUR CARD DETAILS THE SAME
Protect yourselves and stay away ! Get a local company instead. Use checkatrade.com to be sure.

To others who have had trouble :-

Contact the Police dial 101 and report them.
You will have to put it in writing as well and keep all call logs etc.
Then go to the bank and put a stop to them being able to take any more money from your account just to be extra safe.
Ask for debit dispute department and let them know EVERYTHING.
Be truthful and honest and they will be on your side.

Called out EasyFixIt to attend to fan on my boiler, an engineer came and was here for 15 minutes. No parts were exchanged, he just placed oil on the fan. Said he couldn't guarantee the work for an hour or day??? I checked my bank to find out that I was subsequently charged £349 for the service. I will be contacting my bank for advice and trading standards to escalate this matter.

My waste pipes required replacing and I got in touch with Easy Fixit who quoted me a fair price and got everything completed for me as agreed.

Do not use this company took £349 out of my account for doing nothing. I've tried to get in touch with Adam but keep saying unavailable. I'm furious as I did not agree to this and have had no invoice of what I'm actually paying for. I've had to cancel my card as dont want anymore coming out.
