Severe delays in transfers to South Africa. No response to queries sent to customer service or any explanation for the delay. Will definitely be using an alternative transfer service in future.

Stress-free Money Exchange
I have been using Easy Exchange for over 10 years. They have made it so easy for me to transfer money from the UK to South Africa, which I need to do on a monthly basis. The process is easy and straight forward with no surprises.

Lost confidence
Having used Easy Exchange's services for a number of years with relatively few problems, I have now lost confidence in ensuring the timely transfer of funds as for the second month in a row, my standing order was not automatically recognised and only actioned following emails to point out the omission - the inability to call to get immediate resolution and having to wait days for a response adding to the frustration. I used Azimo to transfer emergency funds - got a far better rate and the funds reach my beneficiary two days later, a whole week faster than my latest transfer with Easy Exchange.

I transferred funds to The Netherlands. Very easy to setup and use, swift transfer and very reasonable fees! Recommended.

Excellent trustworty company
I have been using easy exchange for the last 10 years to transfer money from the UK to South Africa. In this time, they have expanded and changed their service to offer new improved options. Not only is the service easy to use (user friendly) but if you have to contact them with a query, the service is efficient, professional and fast.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone (and have doen so to many persoanl friends).

Easyexchange: cheap and reliable!
Have used their services over a period of several years to transfer money internationally. I have always found the service to be totally reliable and very cost effective, especially for smaller sums.
Would strongly recommend Easyexchange to anyone looking to transfer small sums internationally on a regularly basis.

Good speed of transfer. The only problem was without clicking the box to transfer at £6, now that the transfer has gone through, I'm still not sure how much I was charged.
