Actually I would give it zero stars. I could not load it and after hours trying and unable to get any help from the site, bought an Airalo sim card and had it loaded in minutes with flawless performance. I would like a refund for my unused Easy eSIM.

Hi KH! Sorry you had trouble getting your eSIM set up - as you can see from our other reviews, this is usually a trouble free process. I can see it was installed successfully but no data was used. We're always happy to help get you up and running if you encounter issues, but I can see you didn't get in touch. As per our refund policy, I've gone ahead and refunded this for you - it can take 3-5 working days to land back in your account, depending on your bank. Hope you had a good trip!

Easy to set up and gets you going straight away
It was very easy to set up and gets you going the moment you need it. That’s where the fun stops. We went to Makkah and it was very busy at the time and when inside any building it just had no reception was the same when in madinah too. Out in the open it was fine but as soon as we were inside the mosque or the hotel that’s where it would stop. Was really quite frustrating. Last time I used a physical sim which was on a different network and the coverage was unbelievably good however this eSIM was a little bit useless at times. I’d recommend getting it for a short duration which will help the moment you arrive into the country and then changing over to a physical sim from STC.

I recommend Easy eSIM, the flow was smooth, I purchased 2 unlimited eSIMS for a week in Turkey, Followed the instructions and installed before I left the UK on my phone and my wifes, then once I had arrived I enabled the eSIM, restarted my phone and had flawless connectivity for the entire week. Signal was great wherever I went, Wish I could say the same for the UK LOL

This is the second time I’ve used an eSIM and this company and I really would recommend them. Not only were they the best value for money but I really valued the personal experience. I’m not very tech savvy so I found the step by step guide very helpful and the chat function.
Great coverage when I got to Turkey it was so nice to not be restricted.

Everything work perfect. Purchase was simple and fast. Support is friendly and very fast. Prices are best on market. I used service in Turkey and now am using in Sweden. In result In future I always stay with Easy eSim for all my global roaming.

Hey Begimai - disappointed to hear our service didn’t live up to your expectations. I can see you didn’t get in touch with us to try sort out any of the issues you experienced.
Your first eSIM looks like it was set up and you used all your data okay.
If you’d like to top up your existing eSIM you need to get in touch with us, as described here; https://easyesim.co/pages/top-ups. Your second order would have issued a new eSIM, which I can see you installed but didn’t use.
Installing the eSIM is as straightforward as scanning the QR code - and you will need data connectivity to do this. I’d be happy for you to get in touch to describe your issues so we can look into them.
Our refund policy is posted across our website; https://easyesim.co/policies/refund-policy. As you weren’t able to use your second eSIM I’ve gone ahead and refunded that for you, you should receive an email confirmation shortly and see the funds land back in your account within a couple of days.

Good coverage around lake Garda. Speeds were always good. Worked better than my roaming contract from the UK.

easy to use and setup
My first time using an eSim for a trip around Scotland. It was really easy to setup and use, while I was away my phone used the new data and it was as if nothing had changed!

Amazing find and I’ll be using for every trip now
I’ve never used an esim before but I’ll be using one for every trip from now on. It’s been so easy to use and worked perfectly for our trip to Bali, the reminder texts have been great to let us know how much data is left. Really helpful when we needed to top up too
